However, several issues have been making my shopping experience increasingly uncomfortable. I often feel like I'm being watched. When I walk down an empty aisle, someone seems to appear almost immediately, and they stand very close to me. The self‑checkout area is especially uncomfortable -- the employee there watches me so closely that it feels accusatory. I've never stolen anything in my life; I'm the person who turns in lost cell phones. This is the only store where I ever feel this way, and it's discouraging. The large blue baskets employees push around are another concern. I've been bumped or hit by them more than once. Recently, an item I canceled at checkout was accidentally left in my cart by an employee. I drove back to return it because I didn't want anyone to get in trouble, but the situation added to my frustration. The produce section also needs improvement. Some items are fine, but the potatoes are often old, and the lettuce is frequently wilted. The layout of the produce area makes things worse -- the slanted tables and narrow pathways cause constant congestion, and customers end up bumping into each other. I hope these issues can be addressed. I like this store and want to continue shopping here but thinking of changing to a different store. The overall experience has become stressful. Improving the layout, produce quality, and customer interactions would make a big difference.

Since I was there already, I walked through the store and found other HK treasures. I walked away with more than I had planned to purchase, including a pair of HK shoes, lounge pants, and t-shirts. I had never realized that Walmart carried so much HK merchandise! I'll have to come back and see what other good stuff I can find! I like how this Walmart location is a Supercenter, so it carries fresh produce. Not a bad place for grocery shopping...

They strike that perfect balance--always friendly, approachable, and available if you need help, but never hovering or interrupting your shopping. It makes it easy to take your time exploring the store while still feeling like support is nearby if you need it. Checkout is just as great. The team is always kind, efficient, and welcoming, and I can honestly say I've never had a negative interaction there--which, for retail, is pretty impressive. Overall, it's a well-run store with a genuinely positive atmosphere. I keep coming back not just for the finds, but for how easy and enjoyable they make the whole shopping experience.

Thankfully, I didn't give up and called the Poway store instead. Carmen answered the phone and was an absolute gem. Not only did she find the piece I was looking for, but she also went above and beyond by holding a second piece by the same artist just in case I liked it too! When I arrived, I was blown away by how well-stocked, organized, and beautiful this location is--it looked like a commercial! The teamwork was evident; my cashier, Hanna, already knew I was there for the pieces Carmen had held for me. Because of their kindness and professionalism, I was able to get the perfect birthday present for myself. Huge thank you to Carmen, Hanna, and the Poway team for turning my "defeated" feeling into a wonderful memory. I am so grateful for your help! Please give everyone at this store a raise!!

Very disappointing experience at this Target location…read more Today my family and I found a head scarf on the sales floor that we liked and wanted to buy. We brought it to the checkout, but the item would not scan. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, a manager named Darla told us that we were not allowed to purchase it. I honestly do not understand how a store can place an item on the sales floor for customers to pick up, but then refuse to sell it at checkout. As customers, we should not be responsible for Target's internal inventory, pricing, or system issues. This felt unfair, misleading, and extremely frustrating. If an item is displayed in the store, customers should reasonably expect to be able to buy it. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. I hope Target management reviews how situations like this are handled at this location.

The receipt printed this way from the store, but the representative, Mary, told me she couldn't process the return because she "couldn't read the numbers" and claimed the receipt was "old." I'm confused how a receipt from 4/29/2026 is considered old, especially when it was presented within the store's return timeframe. The receipt issue was clearly due to how it was printed, not anything I did as a customer. Instead of trying to help find a solution, I was simply told the return couldn't be processed and had to be done as a store credit for a lower price. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience.

Bitter that I would give them a 4, and sweet because I do love the random finds at a good value there! Overcrowded aisles, product everywhere, associates busy, random finds in each department. It's enough to make a sane person go mad! But, it's a place you go in knowing you're to be overwhelmed. Whether you're looking for containers for your restroom, some new kicks and jeans to wear them with, or a new pan to cook at home with, pretty sure you'll find it here. I wholeheartedly recommend Marshalls if you need something in particular or if you just want to browse the Overcrowded, overwhelming aisles and see what you find. Still doesn't have as nice of a clothing selection as TJ Maxx, but I was overall very impressed. Yesterday on my trip to TJ Maxx, I forgot to get salt shaker and a vegetable peeler. So after having dinner nearby, I decided maybe Marshalls might carry those things. Not only did they have them, but their cookware section was very nicely organized, and well stocked. In and out and got everything I needed quickly.
