My husband raved about the superb customer service offered by the kind staff working at the Dollar Tree Mira Mesa, three lanes were open and the staff were friendly and hard working. Exemplary service was offered by cashier attendant Diego. He was courteous, timely, and made my husband feel welcome. This service really seems to stem from the top down. The store manager Johnny welcomed customers and was very personable. Johnny genuinely cared for the customers and was setting a great example for his team. The store manager Johnny also modeled to all how a leader should be. He made sure his staff were comfortable and assured them that their breaks would be coming. I think more retailers should exemplify this as staff can feel overloaded during the Christmas Holiday Season. Johnny and Team Dollar Tree, thank you for the great customer service and value products you offer. We will be coming back. Happy Holidays!

Thankfully, I didn't give up and called the Poway store instead. Carmen answered the phone and was an absolute gem. Not only did she find the piece I was looking for, but she also went above and beyond by holding a second piece by the same artist just in case I liked it too! When I arrived, I was blown away by how well-stocked, organized, and beautiful this location is--it looked like a commercial! Also i had to return a blow dryer brush because it literally spun my hair and got so badly tangled, i had to cut my hair to remove the blower brush from my head. I had the receipt, packaging and box and i was returning it. There was a few hairs on it so tangled and stuck, and the blond woman/ supervisor was a complete sour meat resting b face and said "well we can't sell it with the hair on it". Never in a million years would i think they would try to resell it after i had to cut it off my head, and i told them as soon as i approached the cash wrap. God help you if the blond is working the register area. The rest of the cashiers have always been kind.
