If I was opening a cafe/health foods and wellness store this is what I would want it to look and feel like inside. The people working are all amazing. This was an absolutely delightful stop on our PCT hike! When we arrived the baristas showed us the wonderful back patio where we could put our packs. They also told us about their offer for free hot coffee for PCT hikers. It was sunny, so we didn't go for it. What we got: Iced banana cream latte - so delicious! The fresh mashed banana and a pleasant sweetness made this drink my favorite. We are always on the lookout for good coffee in Big Bear. We tried Rewind Collective a few years ago go in its previous location. They now have a nice little spot near the village. I had a latte and my wife had a Golden Milk. Both were good. They have a menu for Hard drinks also. The baristas were nice and the shop has a nice vibe. You can browse the all natural goods in the store, while you wait for your brew. There is plenty of seating inside, outside and in the rear patio. Parking is limited out front. I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. I felt the wait time to get two drinks was a little long and the prices are a bit on the high side . read more

My husband and I were looking for some good cafes and after a quick Yelp search, we stumbled on this cafe and decided to give it a shot. It was a quick walk from the main street. As soon as we walked in, we were surprised by the store and all the items for sale. They basically have a cafe inside a store. My husband got the London Fog and I got a Matcha. They had a cute inside section with some games. The drinks came out pretty quickly. The lady at the counter was very sweet and ensured that our drinks were hot (it was snowing outside). The London Fog was made to perfection. The proportions were spot on and the flavor was amazing. The size of the drink was good too. The Matcha was also prepared well and wasn't grainy. It tasted perfect. All in all, we truly loved the cafe and made it a routine to go every morning. Highly recommend going by this cafe. read more

I'm very picky about what I consume and really appreciate their commitment to being fully organic and so many on their ingredients being made in house. They have such a huge assortment of products including natural oils, teas, soaps, makeup, candles and so much more. I ordered a rose vanilla bean matcha with lavender and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely ceremonial level and real matcha. My hubby ordered a coffee with vanilla bean and maple. Their syrups are also made here and simply delicious. Whether you're in for a treat or need a kick for immune system or hang over, this is a great place! It's been a few weeks since I visited Big Bear Lake. In search for a healthy beverage, I headed over to Rewind Collective, because I read somewhere that they have a Golden Milk drink that is worth every drop to make you feel whole again. Upon my arrival I discovered that Rewind Collective is more than a just a organic, healthy, wellness living shop, there are healthy foods pantry staples, herbal tincatures, incense, scented candles, and organic beauty care products as well. However, what was easily noticeable were the selections of carefully crafted acai bowls, toasts, organic coffees, teas, and matcha drinks, and tonics too. Yes, all the good stuff that I like to consume to keep myself healthy. I purchased a few items a bag of Wildly Organic Hot Chocolate to take back home to LA and a Hot Golden Milk to drink while sightseeing the lake. The owner informed me that the Wildly Organic Hot Chocolate is a beverage they serve hot at the shop. She assured me that I will enjoy it. Looking at the ingredients of this product, I was pretty sure that she was right. As for the the Golden Milk, I ordered it hot because it was a frigid cold day and I needed something to warm me up from the inside. The fact that the Golden Milk was made fresh impressed me when I had the first sip. It was reminiscent of the one from Erewon and Whole Foods. The version at Rewind Collective has sharper taste of ginger and plenty warming turmeric spice. The beautiful flower bud on top was a nice touch to look at while sipping this drink. While I wanted to stay in the back patio to slowly enjoy the Golden Milk, I had to get on my merry way to do more sightseeing of Big Bear Lake and eagle/bird watching. I don't typically write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my recent experience. I purchased a Moocah fudge mushroom chocolate bar from this business. When I opened it, the product inside was not fudge. It appeared to be a completely different flavor. On top of that, the chocolate had no branding or markings, raising serious red flags about authenticity and safety. Given the nature of this product and its intended effects, consuming something that doesn't match its label felt irresponsible and potentially dangerous. I calmly contacted the business, explained the issue in detail, and even included pictures and my receipt. Instead of taking accountability or even showing basic concern for the health and safety risks involved, they refused to offer a refund and essentially gaslit me by claiming I received the correct product, despite the obvious mismatch between the label and the contents. When we asked for a refund, we were told the only option was to come back in person, return the bar, and receive a cash refund. This wasn't feasible since we had already driven several hours home before opening the product. We also paid through Square (and still have the digital receipt), so an online refund should be possible. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the shop insisted they couldn't process a refund remotely. For a $30 item, this leaves us frustrated and without resolution. Since our concerns weren't addressed, we unfortunately have no choice but to leave this negative review so other customers are aware. This isn't just poor customer service. It's negligent. If you value your health, your money, and being treated with basic respect as a customer, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The way this situation was handled shows a disturbing lack of professionalism and care. UPDATE: since the shop owner decided to be pathetic about the situation through her reply. Please see the HIGHLIGHTED portion of the images where she clearly contradicts herself and the description of the product. She also makes the wildly erroneous assumption that we ate a product we deemed unsafe (could be a fake made by her for all we know). We clearly communicated our genuine concerns and repeatedly expressed we wanted the refund because we did not receive what we purchased and that we were out of town. Is this is really how you make it right to your customer base? Claiming to be like Costco is ridiculous. We've literally had coffee shops refund us for their mistakes in the past. Learn to be a better business owner. Take a class or something. read more

Came here on a weekend stay at big bear with my boyfriend and I am so glad we stopped by! The two women we met were very kind and helped me pick out a drink. I was disappointed to learn--after paying--that there were no true latte or espresso-based drink options available. I had asked for a hot honey latte, and at no point was I informed that hot lattes weren't offered or that all their drinks are made using pour-over coffee. What I received was an iced, flavored pour-over, which wasn't what I asked for or needed at the time. Going forward, I'll make a point to ask whether a "latte" actually includes espresso and double-check that I'm getting a hot drink. Clarity matters--especially when you're counting on that caffeine boost to get through uour day. On September 13, 2025, I visited the Big Bear town shops with my family. While walking through the area, I noticed an A-frame sign outside a shop advertising coffee--something I had already been looking for. My family and I decided to check it out. Some of them stayed outside on the front porch with our dog while my mom and I went inside. As we entered the store, I immediately noticed another customer inside with a dog, being helped by a woman I later learned was the owner, Holly. Both she and the customer looked at us as we walked in, but there was no greeting or acknowledgment. Despite making clear eye contact with us, Holly said nothing. We continued browsing, but I couldn't shake the feeling that we were being watched--closely--but not welcomed. I walked over to the counter to look at the beverage menu. Holly was standing directly across from me, just a few feet away, still silent. I picked up a printed menu to get a better look. Her eyes remained on me the entire time, making me feel increasingly uncomfortable. It felt as though my presence was unwelcome. I put the menu back and walked away, quietly saying to my mom that something felt off. As soon as I turned away from the counter, I saw Holly grab the same paper menu I had just touched, crumple it up, and throw it in the trash. I was stunned. Did she really just discard the menu because I had touched it? I told my mom, "Let's go--something isn't right. She's giving off extremely negative energy, and she just threw away the menu I touched." We left the store and joined the rest of our family on the patio. I explained what had just happened. I felt shocked, but more than anything, I felt hurt. The other customer--who was not a woman of color--had been treated with kindness and attention. Why was I ignored? Was it because of the color of my skin? That thought lingered with me, and I couldn't leave without saying something. So I went back inside. I asked Holly, "Did you throw away that menu because I touched it?" I said it loud enough for the other customer to hear. Holly seemed caught off guard and stammered before replying, "Oh, that menu had fallen on the ground a while ago, so I tossed it. Do you want it?" I declined and said, "No, I just felt like you threw it away as soon as I touched it." Her response? "You're overthinking the situation." I replied, "Well, that's how you made me feel." It was a moment I'll never forget. As a woman of color, to be silently watched, ignored, and then have something I touched immediately discarded--whether intentional or not--was deeply upsetting. I left feeling invisible, disrespected, and unwanted. I hope no one else ever has to feel that way while simply trying to enjoy a day with their family. read more
