Black lager, steam beer, and saison
    Christy Q.

Las Palmas is right across the Thompson hotel and in the heart of Palm Springs, so location is very convenient! They have outdoor and indoor seating. It's a nice place to chill at if you're looking for a quick drink to rest your feet or a place to hang out! Small tastes of 4oz = $4 and $8 for the pint. The steam beer was light. The black lager tasted similar to a stout! Definitely recommend the farmhouse ale, which was refreshing and delicious and is what they specialize in!

My wife and I always enjoy trying new breweries when we travel and this was our first stop. I always enjoy any sort of a sour beer and we came here specifically because their website said they make farmhouse ales. We started with their fifty four saison and then split their black lager. While I really enjoyed the saison, the black lager was just fantastic. It had a great mouth feel and wonderful umami. The employees were very efficient and friendly and we were welcomed right away. We sat out in their "Beer Garden" which my wife loved. It was a nice day to do so. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

When I started planning our trip to Palm Springs, the first thing I looked up was good breweries! Las Palmas, was the top of my list to try and they did not disappoint! We tried their Fifty-Four French Saison and their Europa Black Lager, both of which I really enjoyed. We sat on their absolutely gorgeous back patio area that just added to the amazing vibes. We had such a nice time in this amazing place and look forward to visiting again!

Such a cute vibe, Chris was helpful with our drink choice. Will definitely be back to try more options.

Great beer and chill indoor plant vibes.

Super chill vibey brewery with the nicest staff and amazing quality beer. I got a few tasters of all their beers and they were all delicious with the west coast Pilsner and lager being my top two favorites. Staff were extremely nice and welcoming. She let us try a few beers and gave some solid recommendations. Would 100% come back here when I'm in the area again. If you're looking for a relaxing place to grab a beer and be surrounded by plants, come here and hang out in their backyard garden area.

    The Pilsner.

The best vibe in Palm Springs - chill, good beer, good music. I drank the pilsner, gratefully.

Chris the bartender was so nice and helpful. Recommended las Palmas Pilsner and it is so good! The vibe is so chill and cute!

Very friendly service with ice cold beer on draft. What's not to like? The Las Palmas Pilsner was light and refreshing. They also had a couple of IPA options. No TVs. Just a place to enjoy great beer and catch up with friends. Outdoor seating in front and back as well.

    Cheers!

Our absolute favorite spot in Palm Springs. Super tasty cold beers, way friendly bartenders, dope playlist, very chill vibe, great people watching front patio and cozy backyard with fire pit! We've come *multiple* times (sometimes in the same week) and are always impressed by how welcoming it is and how yummy the drinks are. They're a family brewery and it shows in how thoughtfully made the beers are. Snacks and natural wines available with guest taps, NA options and tasty canned options, too! Grab a 4 pack to go! Oh and doggie friendly!

Anyway, we made it for dinner Saturday night. When we arrived, the patio seating was pretty much open as everyone wanted inside seating with the heat going on. They do have the mister on full blast if you wanted to be outside which people did utilized it half an hour after we arrived. There's a couple of hi top tables and seating at the bar area but main seating is the kitchen counter. It's like the chefs table. You're literally watching them cook and interacting with them. I love it there. The service is alway great and the staff are always amazing and friendly. It's like family getting together when we walk in. Of course you have the two brothers Ruben and Ozzys taking good care of everyone. The main counter where we like seats about 10 or so people and it all looks into the kitchen. Love that we can interact with the chefs while dining. But everyone comes for the main thing, the amazing seafood dishes. Would you get seafood in the desert. This place I say yes. Everytime we've been here which has been years, the meal has alway been excellent. And this time was another great experience. We have our regular that we alway go with for starters. The mussels in white wine sauce is definitely a must. Big meaty green mussels with a delicious white wine broth and of course you have to have the garlic bread for dipping. We didn't get any other starters but I do recommend the poke stack, both fresh oyster and grilled. Ahi is excellent with the dipping sauce and if you don't want seafood as a starter, the lamb chops are quite nice. They also have a good selection with their wine list and mixed drinks. I believe it's a full bar as well. Entrees, my favorite is the Ruben specials. Shrimp, crab, scallop, mussels and clams with garlic, basil, tomatoes, green onions in a white wine sauce with linguine. So so good and flavorful. Ozzy special is another favorite but we didn't get it this time. Also it was a first time getting the crab enchiladas. Let me say, it was delicious. 2 hand rolled corn tortillas stuffed with crab meat and cheese with creamy verde sauce and cheese. That's served with rice. Simple dish but so delicious and flavorful. The meal was delicious as always and the company was excellent. Everyone here is the best and the sweetest and friendliest. The locals love it here as they tend to know everyone that walks in. It's a must when you're in Palm Springs. Can't wait till they return around Labor Day which we will be back for another meal. Highly recommend.

They also serve wines by the glass and have a few Belgian and German beers on tap. This is what we came for. The humidor is kept locked, and staff will escort you through it. Not a shopping style I prefer, but I get why they do it. We picked our sticks. Had a seat in a leather wingback chair. We were asked about our cut. The cigars were brought to us. Handed and lit. Beverages were ordered. We sat with a sack of sandwiches, fully imagining a perfect lunch-beer, beer-cigar combo. Turns out California tobacco lounge laws and health codes had other plans. Outside food isn't allowed if they want to keep their indoor smoking exemption, so the staff had to politely shut down our dreams. Fair enough, lesson learned. Eat first, then smoke. Paid at the end. Overall pleasant experience and decent lounge. For the wine crowd, I did notice some genuinely nice bottles available. That said, if you're not a cigar person, this may be a "love it or leave it" atmosphere. Most people seem to find cigar smoke either rich and cozy or like sitting downwind of a smoky campfire wearing a wool sweater. If you fall into the second category, you may want to grab your wine elsewhere.

Her attitude was mean and dismissive, and there was no effort to provide even basic customer service. A cigar lounge should feel relaxed and inviting -- this felt like the exact opposite. Because of the uncomfortable experience, we left and drove about 15 minutes to Helios Cigar Lounge, and the difference was night and day. Helios was outstanding -- friendly, welcoming, and exactly what a proper cigar lounge should be. Ask for Simon at Helios. He made the experience exceptional and reminded us what great customer service actually looks like. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place and go to Helios Cigars instead.

Maybe because it fell like a spot only locals go to. But it all changed once my wife's salad came. It was built with the utmost care and it tasted amazing. He said all the pasta sauces were made the same day and he even showed us a video of the kitchen and how the noodles are made. I like mushrooms but I'm usually a burger or a steak guy. But I went with it. My wife got a shrimp pasta. Both tasted absolutely amazing...my wife pasta was so refreshing and my mushroom pasta was superb!! The waiter was so cool too.
