Ashlene was our barber and she works on Sundays. We loved that! It's sometimes hard to be a new client because a lot of places are booked so many weeks out with their regular clientele. We booked this, then thought...wait is this right...its Sunday! It was quiet in the shop and Ashlene was great! What worked? She took clients on Sunday. There was no one in the shop Ashlene was great to work with, asked us what we wanted and listed to us. The shop was clean and large with interesting memorabilia/decor Ashlene held the door open and helped me get inside. The shop was easy to find Parking was available and sufficient. We have a pretty big truck and its not always easy to find a spot for a 23' dually. What did not work? Not the most accessible location. I was on crutches and there was no ramp that made it easy to access. I had to go up a pretty good step and I was still working on balance and no load bearing on my right leg. Right before my appointment it's always rescheduled or canceled because something always happens either a missed schedule, stuff coming up or etc. I usually schedule ahead of time 1-2 weeks in advance so I can get a haircut. But never able to get it since it's always something with every barber I have tried. Very dissatisfied and upset they can't honor my appointments.

They are all well trained and are very friendly and good at giving hair cuts... boring men's hair cuts. You could stick a bowl over your head and cut around it and call it a men's boring hair cut. What Sharylee (not sure if that's how she spells her name) does is take time to really take time to cut & make you actually look better which in my case is pretty hard to do. She didn't even really ask how I liked it cut. She just went to work; she asked how long I liked it. But that's about it. About 15-20 minutes later she spins you around and says how does that look? And your like umm yeah real good. She actually takes the time to really cut your hair and do a great job! Highly recommend

The opportunity was available beard or hair. Neither one were remotely accurate. Its astonishing the mistakes that were made. I want to go to barber school and save the town of Rigby. They don't know how bad it is. I think this is my first 1 star review ever. It pains me to be so upset about it. What took me 6 months to grow was taken away from me in 15 minutes. I came home to a concerned but hysterical wife. She got out the scissors and tried to help where she could. My selfies are all over Instagram and snapchat, screen shotted by my laughing friends. I haven't left the house. My usual barber in SLC offered to try to fix the hack for free. I understand we all have a different skill set. If you are a barber and someone sits down in your chair with a style that you are not comfortable with cutting. Just let your customer know. It's ok. My pic shows you everything you need to know.
