Love this place! Anthony and the whole team were fast, professional and respectful. I was in and out in a snap gettinng the oil channged on my 1993 Toyota. As an elderly woman seeking automotive services, I was braced for the fictional Johnson Rod failure, etc. Not here. They were awesome and treated me with respect. They answered my questions about the efficacy and viscosity differences for high mileage oil without patronizing me. All the fluids were checked and topped off. Tires were checked and adjusted for pressure. Best of all, did you know you can go to any JL and get fluids and oil topped off for free?! Last I was very impressed with their verbal call out on all safety and quality matters. I went in for an oil change, tail light replacement and wiper blades replacement. The service technician Anthony showed me the before and after showing my Hyundai was burning oil turning into sludge. He recommended an additive to unclog it. He topped my windshield fluid off without asking and also recommended we check the a/c filter. That thing definitely needed a change. She showed me all the before and after which instilled confidence in his service. Before leaving he made sure all my tired were at the right air pressure. Visited this Jiffy Lube on 1/2/2020 at around 2:10pm. First impression was a good one. Joshua came up to the car with his mask on and asked what I needed for the day. I let him know I needed an oil change and he asked what kind of oil (conventional or synthetic). I said synthetic. He continues on and tells me what the service offers; tire pressure check, fluids check, etc... Total price he originally said was around $110 but then doubled back and after fees it would be $122 and some change. Checked in on Yelp and received $20 off so final price was $102 and change. They had 2 cars being serviced at this time and one car ahead of me also waiting. He then notified me that there was approximately a 35 min wait time. I agreed and waited in the car until then. Joshua pulled the car in for me while I was allowed to wait in the waiting area until the oil change was complete. The area isn't the best and during most of the day, the main street that it's located on, Highland Ave, is easily crowded so please double check when pulling in and pulling out. Left the establishment at 3:47pm. I didn't mind the wait. The waiting area was clean and they had the TV on. So it was nice. Overall it was a good experience. My Suv never had an oil leak problem always ran smooth for a 2000. Came to this location for an oil change and a week after all the oil had leaked out while i was at work and it was not clean oil looked like my old dirty oil. Brought it back and they "fixed" it and they tried to blame it on the vehicle when there was never an issue with my oil until i brought it here. I needed an oil change so I drove to this location. It was early so no one was there. I forgot the guy's name but he was already having a bad day. The printer wasn't working meaning he would have to email the receipt. Which was not a problem for me. He also didn't have change in cash draw. Which was not problem for me because I use my card alot. The service was fast. It's more pricy compared to what I am used to paying. I got what I needed done and it didn't take all day. read more

I'm sharing a very unpleasant experience so that future people won't suffer the same. Do not take your Subaru or any foreign car here. I had an oil change done here and the young employees were completely clueless. They mixed oil in my coolant reservoir. To make it even more unprofessional, they told me I had a busted head and the fluids mixed on their own. I left immediately to my mechanic who, $700 later, was able to confirm that it was them who didn't know how to change my Subarus oil. I had to completely flush out my engine. Man what a nightmare with my Jeep and leaking oil. I went to this Jiffy lube because it had the best reviews and I see why. Although they could not work on my vehicle (needed a mechanic and specialized attention) - they (all three service specialists) took their time to check underneath and discover a likely cause and recommended a mechanic in the area (Pete discount tire and wheels in San Bernardino) who was also nice and scheduled a repair! Today 8/11/22 at 12:35 one of the employees did donuts in the middle of the street on highland. He was driving his car (white with black trim) so fast doing circles and blocking traffic and came so close to hitting the curb. He put himself, other drivers and the students at the middle school at risk. The other two employees were laughing and recording him. All three employees we rude and waved at the school security and teachers. We were just concerned about our students. Why didn't they just do their high-speed donuts in the back parking lot since there were NO customers? I used to bring my car there to get my oil changes but never again. read more

I went to get an oil change and had my car over heat on me. The young gentlemen were so very helpful. They immediately came to my rescue, helping me safely park my car and started to check my vehicles issues. Unfortunately they weren't able to repair my car there, as my car is a 1956 chevy and parts aren't carried there. But these 3 service men were extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond normal customer service. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles. read more

This is my go to spot. I've gone to this location for my last 3 oil changes. The workers are always friendly. They let me know what things on my car need to be looked at or are ready to be serviced but they are never pushy, I don't at all feel pressured to get something fixed right that moment.
