The main thing I noticed is that the property could use a little more attention when it comes to overall presentation and the customer waiting experience. Even a few small improvements to make the area feel cleaner and more comfortable would go a long way. I also noticed the sign stating that they recently stopped offering cash back for guests who want to tip the staff. I thought that was a little unfortunate, especially since the employees are doing a lot of hands-on work and some customers may not carry cash. The wash itself was okay, but I felt the final result coming out of the tunnel could have been a little better. The employees did their part, so this may simply come down to equipment, maintenance, or the overall wash setup. I always like supporting businesses that provide jobs and employ local people, and I don't mind paying more for a full-service wash when the overall experience is there. For me personally, though, I'm not sure I would return. I would probably choose an express wash next time and take care of the finishing touches myself. Overall, there is definitely potential here. A little more attention to the property, customer experience, and the tools available to the staff could make a big difference.

Unfortunately, they could not even remove bird droppings from the exterior and told me that this was not included in a general car wash. They also promised that the $90 service included interior cleaning, but afterward they said that cleaning the plastic surfaces was not included. This was extremely disappointing because the expectations were not clearly explained before I paid. My biggest issue, however, was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the supervisor, Cornelio. His attitude toward customers was unacceptable, and he did not seem to understand how to handle a customer complaint or resolve the situation professionally. I left with an unclean car after paying $90. For that price, I expected much better service and basic customer care. I am still shocked that a $90 hand car wash could leave bird droppings and other dirt behind. Very disappointing experience.
