This place is no good when it comes to towing they pick you car up one way and you get it back another way (wrecked) and they are rude.

My car broke the front driver axle on an intersection. I contact Reynolds dispatch at 9:41am who told me that they were gonna send someone to location and gave me a price for the service. 40 min later I contact them back for a Estimated time, the dispatcher said that "there were calls before me and they would get there when they get there". What really bothers is the arrogant attitude and the lack of costumer service, do to the weather I believe they should implement a priority list (which I was not a high priority, but they never even ask). Also, it would be appropriate that if you cannot complete the request you may advice the person to look on a better direction. Thanks for reading and please, think twice on using this services. Good people all around. During my 5 hour trip to Joliet from southern IL I got a blow out on the highway. The team at Reynolds were quick and responsive. Once I got back to Rantoul on my spare to get a new tire at Walmart, I was told by Walmart my lug nuts were too rounded and it was policy they could not take off my old tire. I called Reynolds back, they sent Chris out within 10mins my new tire was put on by Reynolds free of charge in the Walmart parking lot. When I thanked Chris "their tow guy" he responded he just likes helping people and was glad I was safe. Talk about great customer service. If I ever am on the side of the road again, I pray it's in their area. Thanks Reynolds! read more
