We had a really fantastic meal here! Our server, Selena, was WONDERFUL. She was kind and friendly…read moreand gave great recommendations. We started out with a couple drinks -- a jalapeño Paloma and a whiskey-based drink with smoked maple syrup. They were pricey but had a good taste and were STRONG, so don't let the price discourage you. We had to go with the fried spinach appetizer and were impressed! It was like a more delicate version of a kale chip with a good crunch and great seasoning. My table went with a porterhouse, a chicken Caesar salad, a lobster ravioli, and a mushroom soup. The soup was delicious; it was creamy but also had nice chunks of fancy mushrooms. The Caesar salad got a great reception for the dressing, presentation, and overall taste. The lobster ravioli showed why it's been on menus for nearly three decades! The porterhouse was a bit overcooked for a medium but was said to be excellent in flavor. All plates were cleaned! The desserts were solid, with a top-notch homemade tiramisu being the star. The ambiance was also great, with the music being fun and the decor being a little upscale without feeling uncomfortable or "stuffy". This is the best meal I had while visiting the area, and I look forward to coming back again. We felt so welcomed and like we were in a restaurant that genuinely appreciated us being there. And the feelings were mutual!

Are you serious! This place is expensive. I don't care how good the food is. Food should never ever…read morebe this expensive, especially these days! Geez!!!

I'vehad several items on the menu but always come back to the grilled cheese. This local bar has history, is on a lively street, has great food, great service, live music, and a good selection of beer on tap. What more can one ask for??

Unfortunately, I left disappointed because the food quality just wasn't what I remembered. I had been telling my wife how great the food used to be--almost like gourmet bar food--and was really looking forward to sharing that experience with her. The smash burger no longer tasted like the duck-fat burger I remembered, and the fries definitely didn't seem to be house-made anymore. They tasted more like a lower-quality frozen product, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Even with the restaurant getting busy and a live band setting up, the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. One thing to note is that we initially arrived around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, only to find out they weren't open and was told that something came up and they didnt open until 3:00 p.m. on this Sunday. Overall, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciate the great service, but I hope the kitchen can get back to the food quality that made Lindberg's one of my favorite spots in the past.
