Fortunately, 2 Sons Plumbing (who initially came out to fix the plumbing issue) recommended Premier Water Removal for getting things dried out. Joshua was able to come out immediately following the incident (on a Sunday morning, too!), and was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient (I asked a LOT of questions) and thorough in his assessment of the work needing to be done. Shortly after we talked, a team was able to come out and get to work removing cabinets, sealing off the affected area and getting their machines set up. I don't know all the names of the individuals that came out to our house, but I do recall Byron, Kyle, Eric and AJ (I think). Every single person was very professional and friendly. The removal and setup went far more quickly and cleanly than I expected. There were a few follow up visits, but these were always quick and again, they were very open to answer any questions I had. I want to call out that the communication across the company was excellent. The coordination between the estimator, customer service and the cleaning team was frictionless and I was never left hanging wondering what the next steps were. They always showed up promptly in the window provided (and always lead with a heads up call 20 minutes before hand), and always immediately followed up with our next appoint (Heather, on our calls and through email was also always very friendly and helpful). I'm sorry if you're in a situation where you need a water removal company, but I would highly recommend using Premier as it has been a great experience throughout a not-so-great ordeal.

We had a small fire in the garage. These guys were first on the scene, and the rep was friendly and…read moreinformative. But from that point on, communication was spotty at best, we were more than once given service time frames and arrival times that they didn't come close to meeting, promises were made on other things and not kept, and of our approximately 1125 items inventoried during their pack-out process, only 54 were cleaned and returned. The remaining 1079 were listed as total loss and thrown out. The items cleaned and returned were almost exclusively items we had "green stickered" as items we wanted back even if they weren't able to restore them. Half the items returned were not only not restored, but were still covered in soot as though no effort had even been made to restore them in the first place. I did a better job on many of these items with a Lysol wipe than they did with theoretically superior equipment. Now, the insurance company is giving us a hard time about what this company listed as losses, saying most of the pictures of items listed as losses looked perfectly fine. Everyone we spoke to at this company was very friendly and seemed to be on game, the only reason for the second star, but the actual performance was repeatedly and consistently shown to be unreliable and has resulted in nothing but problems on our end with scheduling and insurance. Would not use again. Update: Upon having to manually enter the entire loss list (yes, over 1,000 items) onto the insurance company's claim page because they wouldn't accept the PDF submission from this company as a valid loss list, I determined there were a number of items not listed. Assuming these to be the "restored" items returned to us, I wasn't too worried about it. But now, after having finally worked up the emotional energy to go through the small pile of returned boxes, we've discovered a number of items outright missing. Reviewing the "restored" and "loss" PDFs this company sent us, they were never inventoried in the first place (they say otherwise and have pics in their files, but I don't see them in either the Loss or Salvage lists I received) After reaching out to the company, they still have a couple of our boxes, including those two paintings. They apparently attempted to call us some time ago (like two months?) about them, but I missed their call and there was no follow-up. We were never told the first delivery of our returned belongings was not complete, so it never occurred to me they'd be just hanging on to a few boxes more of our stuff and wouldn't have brought it all at once. Again, friendly and accommodating when I spoke to them about this, so they keep bonus star for that. End result is they're supposedly bringing the remaining things to us today.

However their finance department has preconceived notions and bias with clients and people of color . She sent me a contract 05/22 of break down of a payment plan. Payment wasn't due to start until 06/20 . 6/ 1 she called my phone and left a voicemail threatening to place a lien on my property . Demanding payment be made that day or she would send the paperwork . I had to pay the company right away and wasn't able to pay my mortgage on time due to her threats. Payment was made and she still sent paperwork to place the lien the day of instead of the next day as was stated per voicemail . Thankfully my mortgage company is willing to work with me unlike this finance department .

We received a competitive quote from ESG, and Jose, the owner, was so responsive to a long list of questions we had during the pre-contract phase. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Once the work was underway, his crew was phenomenal to have on-site. They worked 7am-5pm every (and came on a few weekend days as well). They were courteous and fastidious and had the best attitude toward one another. It was such a smoothly run operation. Jose worked with us to divvy up repairs so we could keep our costs manageable. Despite finding many substrate areas in need of repair, Jose didn't squeeze us on the costs. We can't say enough about our experience working with ESG Construction. They were phenomenal start to end. We will be back for quotes on widow replacements and other repairs in the future.

Three cleaners showed up but they didn't stay for an hour. it was more like 50 minutes. They broke things and didn't clean what I asked them too, but did do some I didn't. Three peope were unable to finish cleaning 2.5 bathrooms and vacuum the floors. They said they didn't have shower cleaner. Seriously a housekeeping service with no shower cleaner! They put a dirty vacuum cleaner bag and slippers on the kitchen table. Gross. They also never responded when I contacted them regarding my isssues. These vouchers are to try out a business to see if they are worth full price. I won't be calling them again.
