These litterbugs put up signs all over the area which say "Tree Work" and includes their phone number. No company name - always a good sign that you're dealing with someone reputable. The signs are now falling and blowing all over the place, but the company doesn't care. I texted them about a specific sign that was literally in the middle of a sidewalk - they didn't respond and never removed the sign. Attached is another picture of a sign just sitting on the ground. Totally irresponsible. Oh and prior to this they trimmed a tree of mine and botched it completely. read more

At first, we were happy with the work that RGS did, however they did not complete the grinding of the stump of the tree we paid them to remove. We've tried multiple times, for months, through phone calls, txt, and emails for him to return to complete the job. We also had some additional work that we wanted done, but we can't even get the original work we paid for to be completed by them. Obviously, it's very frustrating to have an incomplete job that's already been paid for as well as avoidance to schedule to complete the work. read more
