Omg! Rhea is amazing with threading eyebrows! She is the best I've met and I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10 years now. She will really listen to what you want and make sure they don't get too thin. If you don't like the way something looks and tell her beforehand she'll work with you over the months to grow out and shape your eyebrows so they look exactly like what you want! My eyebrows look fantastic and they feel great! This was my first visit here and it's also the first time my eyebrows don't feel like they're on fire after getting them threaded. She kept them thick but also gave them a nice shape. I had to wait about 15-20 mins as there were 3 people ahead of me. There was also two people that came in behind me at the very end of the day. This is long overdue as I moved away about 4 months ago. However, I went to Rhea religiously while living in Baltimore and had to write a review because I wish I could find someone (even close to) as amazing in my new city!! If you're new to Baltimore or just really picky and want to find someone who will give your brows the treatment they deserve-- look no farther!! Rhea is hands down THE BEST. She is extremely thorough and takes her time which is a rarity. It also helps that she's a sweet person and always asked about my job/life every time I saw her. I absolutely can't stand when people try to up-sell me or add on charges, but you can tell Rhea has her clients' best interests at heart. She never tries to up-sell you and will be really honest in explaining the best way to style your brows (pencil, gel, henna, etc.) I recommend going during the week if you can because there's never a wait. She accepts payment + tips on credit card and charges a very reasonable rate. The only downside to her business is parking in Fed Hill-- it's a breeze during the day but a nightmare past 4pm so the earlier you go the better!! read more
