Dr. Kheshgi has no genuine care for her patients. She is quick in and quick out prescribes medicine yet never gives you a diagnosis or reason. She has no 'bedside manner' She appears calm and confident, but will disregard your issues. Went to a new Rheumatologist and when I told them who I was seeing they replied she is not a nice person I heard. Then they said Lack of knowledge produces ignorance which is defined as a lack of information, understanding, or awareness which describes the way I felt every time I went to her office. read more

Dr. Kheshgi is knowledgeable, yet seems to have lost genuine care for her patients. In 6 years she has managed my RA but not my pain or continuing RA issues. She is quickly in and out of appointment and has been thru 4 nurses since I began there. ?? Hmmm. She has no 'bedside manner' as they say, and seems to have little regard for patient suffering. She appears calm and kind, but will disregard your issues and refer refer refer. She is reluctant to inject an inflamed joint and refers you to ortho or pain management. This was not the case with past rheumatologists I have had over the last 45 years with this disease. Plano office is in need of make over. They charge enough to come to a nice facility. Dallas office is new and fancy. Why the inconsistency? I would seek a different practice. read more

I was recommended to Dr Vine by my Dermatologist after being diagnosed with Psoriasis. After a couple visits and bloodwork I have found him to be a very thorough and knowledgeable professional. He's meticulous with his notes and asks for as much information as I can give him. I do not find his manor to be dismissive or anything less than professional when I can not be more specific about certain dates or things I do not recall. He was very informative about the medications I was taking and how they could be masking some issues or no longer medically necessary. read more

In my 70 years on this planet Dr. Vine is the most thorough doctor I have ever been to for health care. He never rushes you through like most doctors. If your appointment is at 1pm you will be seen in less than 15 minutes.....I highly recommend Dr. Vine.... read more

I have recently started seeing Dr Keshgi Dr. Keshgi was very nice, through, and listened to what I said. She did not make me feel rushed or like just another number. Despite a page-long list of chronic physical symptoms, multiple abnormal test results, and imaging showing clear problems, the best advice the dr could give me is to sleep more, see a behavioral therapist, or try antidepressants. In other words, "There's nothing wrong with you, it's all in your head." (Last time I checked therapists cannot treat my joint pain or immune system.) They refused to give me a follow-up appt to discuss my test results with the dr and the nurse over the phone claims I had "no abnormal test results" even though I read the results myself and there were definitely several alarming abnormal markers the dr is ignoring. I'm not sure if the dr told the nurse to lie to me, or if the nurse was reading someone else's chart instead of mine, or if the dr just chose to not look at my results at all. There was even more that happened but too much to list here. This office is dismissive and gaslighting at best, recklessly negligent at worst. Don't go here if you need actual medical help. read more

I began going to Dr. Keshghi when I first was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. She was great at the start, however she prescribed Methotrexate which after a few months made me extremely sick. I called the office and was told if I wanted to stop using it that would be fine. When I met with her on my next visit and explained why I stopped taking the medication she actually got quite upset with me. She told me if I am not going to follow her directions don't waste her time. With that she left the room. I would never recommend her to anyone since she will only treat the condition without treating a patient as a whole. I have since found a new doctor and he is wonderful. read more

I went to Dr. Vine Approximately 4 times. He ran test after test. Today he complained because I can't have mri,s. He wanted to refer me to neurologist for some reason, an dermatologist for dry elbows, and have a colonoscopy, I asked him serve as my rheumatologist and not my primary care and he looked at me and stared. I walked out from the office and will never be back. Total waste of time and money. On the first visit he asked about sleep apnea, I told him I've been tested and don't have it, he said I do have it and it will Kill me. read more

I saw Dr. Kheshgi. One of the worst experiences with a dr ever. She was more concerned with issues i wasn't there for then what i was. And her personality was less than par. She ordered blood work and other test. I asked at front desk if i could see another dr next time. I was told YES and they took my co pay and drew my blood. I get a call an hour later saying the Dr. thought there was a disconnect i should go back to my primary and refused to run the bloodwork they already drew. So they completely wasted my time and money. I could atleast take the test results to another dr to save the time. I was told no they would process the test. I would never recommend to anywhere to go to this practice. I feel like i was scammed read more

Doctor Vine and Jasmine the PA had a very professional bedside manner and were nothing short of kind and compassionate when I went in for my first appointment. I was never made to feel lesser or like my pain didn't matter. Dr. Vine is a credit to his field. If you're looking for a doctor that will sugarcoat the truth for you, Dr. Vine isn't that guy. He's very honest and genuinely cares about the steps it takes to get you well. Dr Vine was very rude and seemed annoyed I was even in his office. He got frustrated with me every time I wasn't sure of the details about my diagnosis and treatment and would stare at me like I was stupid. I was speaking to him for an hour and a half and I didn't feel comfortable for 1 of those minutes. They had not received my medical records from Scottish Rite yet and he didn't seem to believe I even had arthritis but continued to tell me not to go on rollercoasters,bumper cars, boats etc. because I am double jointed? I have never heard anything of the sort and I've been going to Scottish Rite for 2 years. I'm also only 19 years old and things like that can be upsetting to hear but he did not show ANY compassion. I have been seeing Dr. Vine for some time, but today I am finding someone else, He will not refill my prescriptions he subscribed, I am currently out and can't get them refilled, the pharmacy has faxed him many times and phoned his office with no results. I have called several times with no answer at all, I have always left a message with no call back. I'm done, what a waste of time. read more
