I am rating the Batavia location. I have had the cheese and pepperoni slice. It's a good home made pizza crust with a sweet sauce. They also have a less sweet tangy sauce. If you are tired of the norm. Try the Country Sweet Chicken Pizza. It's Country Sweet Sauce. Yes like the stuff you buy in the store to baste chicken with. We stopped her to get a quick lunch. It appears they are doing some remodeling, the signage out front wasn't big. I assume when they are done remodeling they will put up their bigger sign. The employee was friendly and greeted us right away. They had many options for slices. My husband grabbed chicken wing and country sweet chicken. He said he preferred the country sweet. I wanted pepperoni, they had both sweet sauce and regular sauce. The employee said that the sweet sauce sells more. So I opted for sweet sauce. It was delicious and definitely sweet. Kinda reminded me of a sweetness like honey to it, I am sure it isn't honey but its the only thing I can compare it to. The employee thanked us for stopping in. This review is based solely on Ralph and Rosie's pizza, as that is the only thing I have tasted from then yet, but I would be willing to come back and try some of their other items. They have many items besides pizza including subs, wings, burgers, calzones, dinners and a whole lot more. They even rent movies! The first thing you need to know is that they are known for their sweet sauce. In fact in store or online you can't miss the fact that they are "home of the original sweet sauce." I'm not necessarily opposed to sweet sauce, but I guess I would say I tend to prefer a sauce that isn't so sweet, however I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It wouldn't be my top choice personally and I wouldn't want a lot of it as it was very sweet, but for a couple of slices it was good. If you are someone who really likes sweet sauce I would definitely recommend it. I had both the country sweet chicken pizza and also the cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was a traditional cheese pizza with a sweet sauce. The coutnry sweet chicken pizza was unique to say the least, possibly because I mistook it for a regular chicken finger pizza. It was VERY sweet, although now knowing the description it makes sense. The sauce was sweet and tangy. I thought it was good, but a bit overpowering. Again for lovers of the extremely sweet this is the perfect thing for you. If you're looking for sweet sauce, this is the place for you. Terrible customer service and food is lame for the expensive price. I ordered a turkey club not only was it $25 it had ham on it. I don't eat ham, I react bad to ham, but bacon doesn't bother me. The sub also barely had any meat on it... so when I pulled the ham off it was basically a bread Sammie. They didn't even offer to make it right or take care of a customer. $25 for a sub that went into the garbage. Never goin back! read more

We had an event at our campground and placed a large order. When it was delivered they forgot our pepperoni on all 5 of sheet pizzas and didn't cut any of the 9 subs that were ordered. We called and spoke to someone and her response was do you want me to come there and cut them for you? Pizza is really good. But the delivery service is very bad. About every other time I order there's a problem where pizza is over 45 minutes late. The sad part is that the staff is always dishonest with the reasons. It's a poor reflection of a business that makes good products. Everything sucks there.... Ralph and Rosie's is amazing little joint that many people in the area probably take for granted. The absolute best pizza I've had in my life, and I often buy it by the slice off the heat trays. Still, it's excellent. Try yourself a slice of the sweet sauce and a slice of the country sweet chicken. I would love to try their wings someday, but I can't get past the pizza!! Did I mention it's dirt cheap? I think it's $1.50 for a slice of pizza that Boston pizzeria's call "Sicilian"... HA! Ordered a 20in pizza and (2) orders of 12 wings. Pizza was great, BUTTTTTTTT they totally messed up the wing order!!! One set was boneless with ranch- they gave blue cheese. Second set of wings were suppose to be traditional plain-with sauce on the side---- yea, they gave boneless instead and my husband was so mad because he does not like boneless. He called and complained and they guy on the phone said they will "fix the order and will give 20 wings".....husband gets there and they said nope only 10. SO NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO TO THIS PLACE. I am a big fan since discovering Ralph & Rosies. Living in Churchville, I gladly bypass my more local choices for the pizza here. I strongly recommend getting the "sweet sauce" on any traditional pizza. The place itself is a bit of a dive: a pizza shop that also offers Mexican food, a few pizza parlor seats, but also a convenience store with advil & lotto tickets, and even video rentals!! Every time I order a pizza (no delivery service) I always ask if they have a menu I can take... For the last nine months or so, no menus have been available.. Nonetheless, the workers are friendly and the pizza is definitely worth the trip. read more

I've lived in Bergen for about 6 years now and have been to Ralph countless times. But the thing is, I only go there because its the only option. If there was any other place in town to get a quick snack or a slice of pizza then I would never be seen in this place. The pizza is OK, just OK. I don't understand the attraction to the sweet sauce. Pizza should have some spice to it. The regular sauce they offer is acceptable, but the pizza is always short on cheese. But the thing I dislike the most about this place is the service. I've had a lot of bad experiences here and have walked out without food many times. If you're just driving through town then I wouldn't waste your time stopping here. And if you live in town I'm sure your like me and only go here because of the lack of other options, or don't have the ability or time drive to the next town. read more
