When my buddy and I arrived at the airport early, we hiked a bit to the North Concourse between Gates 18 and 20, walked downstairs (there's also an elevator) and signed in using my Priority Pass...Chelsea checked us in, informed us about the set up, and since it was a bit early, she also tended bar, pouring beer, making mimosas, as well as spicy bloody marys. Her pleasant and professional demeanor and service with a smile was infectious. In addition to Chelsea's outstanding service, the food in the Escape Room is great, much better in taste and selection than many of the other lounges I have visited throughout my travels. The Escape Lounge in the T.F. Green International Airport is definitely a lounge worth visiting...well, at the airport, it's the only option, but well worth visiting.

The airport itself is currently under construction in some areas, but that had nothing to do with the rental car location or the lack of a Starbucks. Those were simply the biggest inconveniences of the experience for me personally. Other than that, the airport experience was decent enough, but definitely wear comfortable shoes and plan accordingly if you're renting a car.

They checked my boarding pass, scanned my Priority Pass QR code and I was in for breakfast! They had some buffet-style foods set out like the usual croissant and muffins. I took a picture of the buffet foods I got but didn't take one of the ready to order food, which we could get delivered to our seat by scanning a QR code nearby and ordering off of the site. On the site you can also lightly customize the order to your preferences. The standout dishes (both not pictured) were Sapphire Sunrise Melt which was bacon egg avocado in a buttered brioche bun + the peach ginger smoothie! The site has no phone number or direct email listed, just the link to the Web Form. I've tried to send multiple assistance requests over the past 5 days and they will not send. I jumped on their Facebook page but no messaging, however, I found multiple similar complaints. We have not made it to the lounge yet, BUT reading the reviews, we might have dodged a bad experience.
