I called him since it was late afternoon after the local tire shops were closed. He did an excellent job and surprised me by showing me the nail I saw wasn't even the main problem, there was a second nail further into the tire that I wasn't able to easily see. He even gave me the nail as a souvenir haha. Prices are reasonable for coming to your location and being available nearly around the clock compared to the limited hours at most tire shops. I did take a little while longer than planned to come but I was at home and he was busy so it all worked out. Super nice guy and first class professional work. Hopefully I don't have any tire issues anytime soon but if so I'll call him.

He unloaded and loaded the trunk for me so that I could stay safe as a 38w pregnant woman. I appreciated that when he was done he said, "Do not drive over 50 mph with this donut tire and be safe." After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. I called and asked about pricing. The cost (whether jump start or battery) was reasonable. Mr. Ayala said he'd pick up the battery on the way just in case - having gotten the information I had on hand for my make and model, and my equipment preference if it came to that. He also said that I wouldn't be charged for the battery if it wasn't needed - regardless of him making this outlay. As promised, he showed up about 45 minutes after our call - this is with him driving up to Baltimore. When he arrived, Mr. Ayala looked at the battery, said it was 2 years old, no corrosion - relatively young for the equipment. That it probably would be just a jump start (I had left the car sitting for too long). He then promptly walked me through the steps to jump it, while attaching the cords to the outlets. The car started. Then he had me turn it off without the cords attached to check that it still started, which it did. The service was $85. Perfectly reasonable. Convenient and timely, as well, and I found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable.
