Let me start by saying that Harvey the van we rented was great fun and had all your needs for camping! Our experience was great we had the van for 2 weeks which is the longest boho said that have ever rented out. We traveled over 4000 miles in that Van and gave us no problems. We were able to stop at campgrounds rv parks anywhere you wanted to stay. The bed in the van comfortable. Has your cooler which is solar powered (no I've needed). Outlets for charging any of the devices you might carry. running water shower in the back. I'll tell you it it's what you want to have on wheels and compact so you can get wherever you need to. The downside is that it does eat up alot of gas. So if your planning on traveling make sure you budget extra money for gas. Also not much hanging room for clothes and such for when you are on the road. Has plenty of storage for the van that we have. Maybe should add a shower curtain to the back. And so e straps for things that are inside the van. The guys are fun to work with... we had a little bit of an issue but the owner David (great guy) was able to find us a resolution without having our concerns unheard or felt like we were getting taken advantage of.

What I got was the biggest turd with an out board generator that does not run the Ac in over 90° weather in Arizona and it only holds a few gallons. I'm an experienced Rv'er and I'm also handicap. I tried to cancel this Rv when I saw what they were giving me. Broken cabinets, doors, the Ac would not turn on. And a pull choke on the generator as I knew I couldn't do it myself but my friend reassured me she could help. I called CS from their office and was talking to someone out of the country and was told I would not get a refund for cancellation day of. The person who was working there did find me a newer rig, but it was filthy and no gas in it. I should have never accepted this rental and did a chargeback for none delivery. The charge for returning the Rv without dumping the black tank is $389 and the amount of time I spent trying to dump it was crazy. We pulled the black and nothing came out. We did all the tricks. Filled toilet and flushed.. nope. Got the hose and stick it down the toilet... nope. Us thinking it was a poop pyramid which we were Boondocking so that shouldn't be the case. I had 3 people trying to help me and for the grace of God one guy crawled under there (I could not) and he screams "there's a 2nd pull for black" it's on the other side of the Rv. He pulled it and yup that was it. So before that was found I called CS. No help at all as they wanted me to go get some RV gel. Yes again another person out of the country and I just couldn't get any help trouble shooting the poop tank. I am so thankful for the guys at Rancho Sonora Rv park in Florence Az for helping me dump. All I can say is if I hadn't figured out how to dump this tank it would have been nearly a $400 charge and it instantly felt scammy. I'll never rent from them again and I'd suggest anyone reading this beware.

Why put me through the booking process if what I booked isn't available? The bigger RV gets far less gas mileage and is extremely detrimental to our trip because we would be more restricted on where we could park for plans we have already booked. It is NOT an upgrade. It's like booking a sports car and getting a bus. I paid for something I'm not getting. In any other business, they would refund. Booking online is very deceptive, I believe that they bet on most people to go through it not reading between all the lines, which makes it easier to enter into sketchy contracts that release all rights of the customer. I wasn't aware of the over $2,000 deposit I would have to pay at the time of picking up the vehicle. I tried to call, chat and email customer service to refund my vehicle, as it might be bigger but only adds costs to my trip due to us not being able to visit our planned destinations, having to change reservations last minute which charged penalties, and the extra gas cost. The bigger RV gets 8mpg, something I had to research, as it is not readily available on their site. The customer services is rude and unhelpful. The response time is incredibly slow. The man I talked to on the phone was clearly reading off a script and wouldn't help at all with a possible refund, even if only partial. He kept repeating the same phrases word for word. This is a trip I saved up for and now I have lost a little over $3,000. I'd rather have the vehicle be made unavailable entirely so I could get a refund. Business practices are incredibly deceptive. Thank you Indie Campers for ruining our trip and causing stress when I am supposed to be looking forward to it. We are now taking our own car and camping in a tent - something I did NOT want to do because of the heat. I will be pursuing legal avenues.

Ours did have a broken cigarette lighter & a hard to manage radio (dim lights & wonky knobs) but that didn't detract from the experience. It had everything we needed in the way of comfy bedding pillow cushions, a fully stocked kitchenette with utensils, pots, and even a portable sink. They even provided camping chairs and a portable grill! It felt like we were staying in a full mobile home. The layout was spacious with plenty of storage for our gear. When departing they also have a leftover section in which we were able to grab some items for the kitchen. If you're looking for an unforgettable camper van adventure with all the comforts and none of the stress, this company is the way to go. I'll definitely be using them again for my next road trip!

I was not charged for the upgrade but I wish I'd had the smaller for an easier time driving. There weren't any options at this point as their supply on-site is limited. This van has a shark mural and was named "Torpedo." Pickup was easy and quick. Their office is tiny so be prepared to wait outside if someone else is picking theirs up at the same time. As with any rental, check for damages and take pictures/video before you drive away. They keep a free bin on site at pickup - you can grab propane, utensils, dry foods, etc. I don't suggest their rental system for most things - instead, I went to Walmart for everything I needed but couldn't find here for free. The van was great and Arizona's generous dispersed camping laws made for easy and free campsites. It had everything I needed - pillows, warm enough blanket, room for luggage/stuff, curtains, water, fridge, and cooktop. The padding on the bed was pretty thin and uncomfortable so I doubled up. I used a cigarette lighter cord for a charger. I couldn't figure out bluetooth or aux connection so I just played audio from my phone. Return was simple. Customer service was good - I noticed an error on billing and they corrected it same-day. Though their prices are competitive with other companies, it's not cheap to rent these overall, especially once you add on gas and mileage. However, they make for a really fun and spontaneous method of travel!

Ive been a customer for what feels like about 6 years now. I mostly use their service department…read moreto care for my motorhome. Are they perfect? No. But take a drive up and down Main Street and find one that is. I used (and was abused by) no fewer than three service companies along Main Street before I found AZ RV Supercenter. One company (just to the east of them) repaired my generator to gas tank connection only to leave me stranded just hours later leaking gas in a Costco parking lot. One charged me so much for minor repairs I had to take out a second mortgage on my home and get a part time job. Is it sometimes hard to get a hold of the service department? Yes. Are they always exactly on time to complete the work? No. But the mechanical world of RV's and coaches is as unpredictable as any industry and the more thorough they are, the more time it takes to handle concerns. The more time it takes to handle my concern, the more your concern is pushed out into the future and vice versa. Above all those things I want honesty and fair pricing. I get that with these guys. I've learned to give RV service people a wide berth. I give 7-10 days longer for repairs than what I think I should allot and I have never been disappointed. I don't drop off my rig the week leading up to a holiday and I don't make unrealistic demands. I want them to be thorough and if, as is often the case, they find something wrong that wasn't part of the original issue I want it addressed for safety and peace of mind. Anna Marie runs the service department. You will recognize her as the one who gets things done. Nobody busts their butt more than that woman and it would be wise if you brought her flowers and/or chocolates routinely because she is so valuable to the process. Once, while at NASCAR, we blew a water pump on day one and had no idea what to do, so I called Anna Marie. She just happened to have a mobile unit working NASCAR and (although they were booked) within an hour she had the guy installing a new one in my rig. I expected to pay standard NASCAR gouging fees for the new water pump and they charged me what they would have charged if I would have brought it in to the shop. How's that for service? I have yet to deal with anyone who provides more honest service with similar pricing and I've been to a large handful over the years. Thank you Anna Marie and crew!
