Also the back pool never clean always a weird color. Another thing to add shaders fell on peoples cars shattering windshields, then the following week the whole apartment complex was flooded many cars with flood damage, this caused construction for a month half people had to drive all the way around to get in. Also WiFi will go out 4-5 days at a time this makes it impossible to do schoolwork/work. Also another thing to add my neighbor above me has to get black mold removed from his room. You're On Your Own Here -- No Help from Management, No Accountability:…read more Living here has shown us that if you run into any serious issues like disruptive neighbors you're completely on your own. Management hides behind policy, gaslights your concerns, and ultimately does nothing. We reported constant, heavy stomping from the unit above us, happening all day long across different rooms. We provided video proof, audio recordings, and even a recorded conversation where the neighbors themselves admitted to stomping and showed no intention of changing. The response? Management repeatedly gaslit us by saying the noise was likely "a washer or dryer" -- and then instructed us to stop attempting to resolve this with the neighbors. They say they "take every report seriously," yet they continue to dismiss everything we send and stall behind vague internal processes. It's just lip service. Bottom line: if you get unlucky here, management won't protect your right to quiet enjoyment even though it is in the lease. You'll document and follow every step -- and still be ignored.

Jordan got things done when needed, he was getting the place cleaned up. Every other manager was rude, and it would take forever to get Maintenace request taken care of. Now that Jordan is gone the cleanup and repairs in my bathroom that flooded has not been completed, i still have a hole in the wall The rent goes up but nothing is upgraded. water gets shut off at least 2 times a month for water leaks even after the change in giving each apartment a shut off valve. I do not know what is going to go on now with Jordan gone, I guess I will see but I sure miss Jordan

I currently live here at the west6th and I absolutely love it. I'm in a townhouse on the 6th floor and the views are amazing. Everything in my unit is brand new and it's very clean. I'll attach photos. Other than the fact that on the weekends the kids and their muscle cars can be noisy I have no complaints. This is a college town though plus the heart of mill ave is just a hop skip and jump away. So of course it's going to be loud. If quiet is what you want then DO NOT move here. But if you're looking for luxury, location close to everything, beautiful views, friendly staff and a convenient store (milk & honey) attached to the building on the ground floor which is opened pretty late. Delicious pizza shop right next to the store. Theres nail salons, hair shops all located right here! Then yes, here is where you want to be. It's also pet friendly has washer and dryer in unit. 24.hour security, the gym on the 7th floor is outstanding and never closes, infinity pool with giant tv's all over the place. Lounge areas and much much more. My daughter, son in law and grandkids currently live here as well in the penthouse of tower 1 and they love it as well. I highly recommend.

She is truly so kind and dependable and we know if there are any issues with our unit she will ensure it is promptly fixed. While most places in the area are often overpriced this unit is reasonable for its size, its amenities, and location in proximity to ASU's Tempe Campus, Mill Avenue, and Tempe town lake. The complex is continually improving adding new features to the units and property. I would undoubtedly recommend it for anyone looking for a place in the area!

Below are…read moredetailed ratings for different aspects: Customer Service - 20 out of 10 Amanda gave me a tour of this place in the summer of 2025 before I signed the lease. She was friendly, warm and very humble, obviously loving her job. I decided to sign the lease right after meeting her. Not only Amanda, but all the other staff at Union Tempe were friendly to me with no exception. I have locked myself out three times. They helped me out with patience and smile, never made me feel unwelcome. Location - 10 out 10 Easy access to everywhere - downtown Tempe, light rail stations, ASU campus. Maintenance - 5 out of 10 Things rarely broke. No major issues happened to my apartment such AC or water. However, when issue happens, it takes around a week for them to take actions. I really hope they can hire more maintenance staff and make the process more efficient. Safety - 8 out of 10 College kids brought in their party buddies very often. It's mostly not a safety concern but I would be extra alert when I was surrounded by a bunch of drunk people in the elevator. The security team, on the other hand, was great at their job. One security member once followed me and my boyfriend into the elevator in the midnight. He didn't say anything, but he was obviously checking out on me to make sure I was safe. We both loved his professionalism. Amenities - 6 out of 10 Study rooms are always too cold. It felt like the rooms are not designed for you to stay. Gym could be a little bigger considering the amount of residents. I have had some great time living at Union Tempe. Strongly recommend. I was a resident at Norte for 13 months, and overall, I really loved living here! The only reason I…read moremoved out was because the rent and community fees became too expensive for me. Pros of the surrounding area: Norte is super close to ASU and several large corporations, including Deloitte, State Farm, Carvana, and KPMG. It is also right next to the freeway, which makes getting on and off the freeway very convenient and provides easy access to the North, South, East, and West Valley areas. There are also plenty of restaurants and other places to eat nearby. The area itself always felt very safe to me. Norte is right next to Tempe Town Lake, which is great if you enjoy walking, running, biking, or fishing. The lake also provides some really nice views! Cons of the surrounding area: Although being next to the freeway is a major convenience, it also means there can be quite a bit of traffic and congestion in the area. Similarly, being so close to ASU is a huge pro, but traffic can get especially congested around the area when school is in session. Pros of Norte itself: The building is very nice, modern, and well-maintained, with great amenities. My neighbors were always nice, quiet, and respectful. The building is kept very clean, and housekeeping regularly takes care of the carpets, gym, and community room. The leasing agents are also very nice and helpful. I never had any major issues with them, and they were always willing to help when I had questions or concerns. Assigned parking is another big plus! The onsite maintenance team was also great. Whenever I needed something fixed or had an issue, they were very responsive and helped me out within 24 hours. I really appreciated how quickly they handled maintenance requests. Cons of Norte itself: Be prepared for the elevators to take FOREVER, especially during busy times. There are only two elevators that service the entire building, including all six residential floors and three parking levels. There is also no cell service in the parking garage. This was never a major issue for me, but it is something to keep in mind, especially in case of an emergency. There is also no freight elevator for moving in or out, and the regular elevators are on the smaller side, so moving furniture can be a little challenging. The gym is extremely small and does not have every type of machine, but it is still decent for an apartment gym. The pool is also pretty small, although it was usually not very crowded when I used it, so this was never a huge issue for me. Finally, Norte uses APS rather than SRP for electricity, so my electric bill was a little higher than I expected. Overall: I really enjoyed my 13 months at Norte and would recommend it to someone who values location, cleanliness, modern amenities, and being close to ASU and Tempe Town Lake. The main reason I left was simply the overall cost. If the rent and community fees had been more affordable for me, I would have been happy to stay!
