I really enjoy the food here. I have been coming here for years. The hot link sandwich is my favorite. Their ribs are very good as well. The servers are always delightful and attentive. I like the rustic interior....kind of the old west.

After reviewing House in the parade of homes in the East mountains, we stopped at Ribs for some chow. They were very busy but er didn't have to wait long. Staff sat us and got our drink order quick. Then the salad. Why can't I make a simple salad taste like this at home? Anyway, platter was awesome and couldn't eat all of it and we shared. What a great spot. Staff veryfriendly, place is clean and everything looks like a well run ship!

Always in the hunt for good bbq. Sometimes it's just bbq, other times it's BBQ! I got a good whiff of the aroma as we pulled up. Rustic interior with a little heavier dose of bbqing meat. The meat plates looked great, but I wasn't hungry enough. I settled for the Chicken Caesar Salad (how boring right?) it was good and filling. Of course the bbq dishes everyone else ordered looked and according to them were excellent. Service was great, my ice tea glass stayed full - always a bonus. Need to go back when I'm hungry. A word of advice tho - these guys are proudly unwoke, unrelenting, unapologetic, and non-pc Americans. If you are thin skinned or otherwise offended by these views you might want to pass this place up.

    Guinness is good for you.

Fantastic spot, especially after a long hike. I'd give it an honest 4.5 but yelp only lets you do whole numbers, plus this place shouldn't be 3.5 like it currently is. I got the combination plate which comes with ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and sausage. Frankly the brisket is mid, but everything else was fantastic. WAY better than I thought walking in here. The ambiance makes me feel homesick for Texas. It's a perfect vibe. Also they have Guinness on tap, of which I've been a connoisseur recently. Great beer selection otherwise too. Service was very friendly. Not much to say here.

This place is so good! I came here last week just to check it out and it's a great BBQ spot in the mountain! The food is smoked so you can't beat the taste definitely a must try!

I'm definitely a fried chicken expert. Their fried chicken sandwich is one of the best ones I have ever had. They start with a chicken breast that is buttermilk battered and fried, and is then topped with a gochujang aioli and kimchi slaw. PERFECTION on a brioche bun. House made chips! My guest had the slow cooked beef brisket enchiladas...shredded and stacked between white corn tortillas with cheddar and jack cheese. Served with basmati rice, and bacon pinto beans, X-mas all around. (I was so blissed out eating my sandwich that I didn't get photos of his meal.) As soon as you step in the entryway you are greeted by healthy plants, then lofty ceilings, hand painted murals, and natural light...a welcoming place to be.

The service was quick and friendly and we sat down in the family style table and dug in. I had the pulled pork with coleslaw and Mac and cheese. Hubby had the same, except he had the brisket. The pulled pork got the at the table sauce treatment and the potato roll is a good foil for lightly smoked pork. The brisket was wonderful and full of flavor. The coleslaw was tangy and fresh, the Mac and cheese creamy and flavorful. This is not one of the big chains, it's a small local operation, so let's keep them going and keep a good bbq smoking!

I ordered mac & cheese and a half pound of spareribs. I ordered a half pound of ribs, I was expecting three full set of ribs, but instead, I got one skinny rib, a sternum in a small boneless end cut with the texture of jerky. The mac & cheese was surprisingly good, but definitely not worth the price. With how skinny the ribs were, I'm almost positive. They're buying those $10 rack of ribs from Walmart and are jacking up the prices. Literally gouging people. Honestly, a waste of $20. I ate everything in front of me and still had to take a trip to chipotle. Just so I can get full. I was really hoping this place was going to be something but Unfortunately, I don't see a real reason to come back.

Right next to Triangle Grocery on 14. The place was pretty busy when we arrived at 6:30pm but we were seated right away and had great service from our waitress and we even had the owner come around. I had the second street brewery Agua Fria Pilsner, which I hadn't had and REALLY liked it. It is also gluten removed!! Woo hoo! My hubby had the La Cumbra Malpais Stout, which he drinks at home anyway. I ordered the Rueben. Now listen, I LOVE a good Rueben and hate a bad one. Don't we all. This Reuben was the BOMB! Trail Rider smokes their own pastrami and holy cow was this sandwich good! It was tasty! The rye was yummy, the sauerkraut was on point and the meat.... OMG. Listen, I ate the entire sandwich!! And the fries were tasty with enough salt that I didn't need ketchup. My hubby had the smash burger and ate most of it. The rest was lovingly placed in a to go box. We also got the Platinum bar - peanut butter, rice crispies and chocolate and my hubby got the mudslide. Which was Oreos and chocolate mouse and whipped cream. Both were yummy. The service, care and scrumptious food will bring me back. Even from the Westside of Albuquerque because it was that good.
