There wasn't any sauce just ground meat which was too seasoned & very salty. Their prices online need to be updated to their in restaurant menu prices. Two lasagna entrees & 2 side dishes (salad, not worth eating & garlic mashed potatoes) brought this awful dinner to $60. In my opinion, if you want good Italian food find another restaurant and don't eat at Ricatoni's, definitely not worth any amount of money. The food is that awful. read more

Food was tasty but portions were really small for the price. Got the chicken parm. Maybe a half of a chicken breast, pounded thin to appear bigger? The plate was huge, which made the portion size even more noticeable. Not enough to share or for leftovers. Bread they bring is good - warm, roll in a brown paper bag. Pasta side that came with the chicken parm is Alfredo, which was ok but would have preferred red sauce. Hubby and I wondered if they are trying to save money on proteins, as the pasta dishes appeared much larger. $22 before tax/tip for chicken parm with side salad and Alfredo noodles. The veal Marsala, which had no hint of Marsala, was acceptable but it was accompanied by bland pasta with what appeared to be canned crushed tomato and lumps of garlic plonked on top. A busy restaurant that still manages to have quick service and amazing food. As soon as I walked in and took a deep breath and saw some of the dishes being served thought this would be a good choice. Brick walls with art hanging on them. Open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. First you are served warm bread in paper bags, with a plate of herbs and oil. This was so good we had a second helping after ordering food. There was one person constantly baking the rolls and putting into the bags that's how much they go through. For my entree, I chose the Chicken Ricatoni. A chicken breast topped with sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese and a hint of lemon. Served with mashed potatoes which had some chunks of skin and Parmesan cheese on top. The vegetables was a medley of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini and squash. A house salad or soup included. We shared a dessert among three people as wanted to try the Sagno Di Cioccolata. A soft brownie topped with a chocolate mousse and a thick layer of whipped cream. Chocolate sauce was drizzled over it. While one could eat it all, I do recommend at least two people share. This was a random find while visiting, and recommend people come just to try the food! read more

My family and I went to eat today for lunch. We were a party of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids. We were given a wait time of 15ish minutes. We even said we can split up 4/4 as long as we are close to each other. We were then sat at a booth and a 6 top table. 5 min later, the hostess came to our table and politely asked us to come back and wait because his manager was upset with him for splitting our party between 2 servers. Now, we also said we will split checks, etc whatever to make this easier. This also did not work. At this point, I'm pretty upset but got up. The manager then proceeds to correct the hostess at the stand IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. We decided it was not worth it and left. I'm disgusted at the customer service. We won't be back. My friend who went to college in Florence 20 years ago swears by this place and I completely get why!!! The bread and special olive oil dip is like nothing I have ever had. This was incredibly flavorful! Probably the best part. I think I ate my weight in bread. We ordered the lasagna and a kids spaghetti. Both dishes were absolutely amazing. The marinara is the bomb!!! First let me start by saying our server, Ethan, was top notch. The atmosphere was great, but with that being said, the food was not as good as people hype it up to be. The house made caesar dressing was fishy, the noodles were undercooked, almost hard and chewy, the chicken breast was very over done to the point the breeding was almost burnt. Everything was super salty. My husband said that his pork chop was not fresh. Now with that being said, the Calamari was delightful, and so was the fried mozzarella. What a great little place. Tess was my server and she worked very hard and so courteous to all the tables I could hear her waiting on. Loved the hospitality. I had the Chicken Parmigiana and minestrone soup as a recommendation from Tess. I was torn by a few items and she confirmed my thoughts. It was very good. I had one of the two canoles that came with the dessert order. The other won't make it to the morning. I vow to stay awake until able to eat the second. I would strongly recommend this place.
