I've ordered from this place a few times now getting the pot stickers (fried) and steamed. I enjoy the fried more but both are good options. I've been sticking with their ramen. The stuff is goooood. I've ordered both the spicy seafood and spicy chicken I ordered today. Only thing missing are some seaweed and an egg other than that it's amazing. High quality broth. Based on the good reviews I read, I took my family here. We had such a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and we loved the diversity of the menu. Mongolian rice bowls, Japanese sushi, Korean dishes, Chinese food, and all things Asian. Soooo yummy. My 2 year old grandson Loved the Mongolian beef. I've never eaten any of the food offered here and I am ever so glad my son suggested this restaurant. The people running this place were some of the nicest, most pleasant I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. AND they know their business. I took a few pictures of what we had. I failed to capture the dish with the egg on top before we had mixed it up and dished some on our plates. However scan through the pics you'll see it. We had a #7 and a #10 which now I realize there are more than one of each. I believe the #7 we had was the Kah Bee which were delicious marinated short beef ribs. The sides were a fantastic tongue twist of flavors, none tasting the same as the other. Prices were reasonable and I'll definitely go back. I promised my husband a very good, unusual for us, meal- soon. This restaurant is very clean and sits back off of Court St in Pasco and I believe whatever you order you will not be disappointed! read more

I heard about this place from a friend who has a very diverse palate. I've gone here twice and both times it makes me want to go back again. A simple and delicious treat is the Fried Tofu. Little bites of perfection rolled in Panko and deep fried. Topped with teriyaki and siracha sauce makes it even more delish. I suggest if you go with someone, each order a different dish so that you can share between you both. Not only is the food delish but the customer service is certainly still alive in there. The husband and wife team (I think that's right) goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They are most accommodating and kind in everyway. Very amazing food! The facility is super clean and inviting and the entire staff is WONDERFUL! The server makes suggestions by asking you questions about the type of foods you typically order. The chef comes out to your table to see if you like what he has prepared and they give you a lot of homemade condiments to compliment your meal! I had the yakisoba. It was good but not fantastic. You won't be dissatisfied but you won't walk out amazed with the flavor. The serving size was plenty generous. The servers were nice and helpful. The cook came out and asked everyone individually in the restaurant how the food tasted. I thought that was really nice and something you don't see anywhere. Tasty authentic Korean food in a sad old strip mall! But who cares!? The food is great and the prices are very fair. It gets very busy and they are understaffed-but the food is worth the wait. We come here often and try to try a new dish each time-but the Kimchee Pork Soup is really hard to beat. read more

Great vegetarian food!! Plenty of options. We had the tofu teriyaki rice bowl which has tons of sweet teriyaki flavor, and the veggie chow-mien. Both were seriously good. If they put those amazing melt in your mouth fried tofu on the noodles... Now that would have been incredible! read more

Good food! I had the shrimp yakisoba and my wife had the chicken teriyaki rice bowl. The service was OK but the place was a bit untidy (tables were sticky and the bus person was slow to clear off the tables). We will try it again because the food was good. read more

Top notch! For just a little hole in the wall, it packs a huge punch of great food combined with great service. I used to work right down the street, I'd be off at noon, and probably 4 days a week I was at Rice and Noodle getting take out for lunch. Delicious food, friendly service and a good price. 10/13/2014 I returned and brought some of my family with me. We were a party of 6. Unfortunately, the experience was trying. The young waitress had a hard time understanding and remembering our order. I wanted to order the appetizers before we turned in our main dish selections so we could munch on them while the mains were being prepared. This was very hard to get across. Then when I finished ordering them she returned to say that one of the three appetizers was not available. I said: No problem just bring us three of item 1. Then we made our main dish orders and she returned to say that only the few items marked in red were available on Mondays. We selected from those and then our appetizers arrived but there was only 1 of item 1. We were confused but broke the pieces up so every one could share. We were never given individual dishes to put things on. She wanted to know what beverages we wanted and 3 of us wanted hot tea. She returned to ask black or green. We chose green and got a pot of hot water with one tea bag in it. Result was colored water. Then one of the entrees arrived followed by the other two item 1 appetizers . The food finally arrived and was as good as ever. They used to have daily specials so I asked the waitress if they had them and when they were available. She had to return to the kitchen to find out that they were no longer available. In summary, this visit left me wanting a more experienced server, even though she was nice and seemed to care. Her lack of knowledge about serving and about the restaurant and its offerings was not appreciated. My review is for the food at Rice and Noodles. Thanks to fellow yelpers my wife and I stopped here for lunch today. First: it is a storefront, not an eating palace. The waitress was very attentive and helpful with dishes we never heard of. The manager rushed to my side as I entered and helped me to my chair because I am 83 and have a hard time walking these days. The lunch menu had a mixture of Japanese, Chinese, Chinese Thai, and Korean dishes. My wife wanted noodles and ordered the vegetable Yakisoba. I ordered one of the daily specials because the waitress told me that the chef only rarely prepares it and menu items I could get any time. It was called: Spicy Bolgeki Bowl, and consisted of a bottom layer of rice covered with a thin layer of rice noodles and spouts, all saturated with a spicy beef sauce containing small chunks of beef. I wish I could describe the flavor; it was sooo good. They served small appetizers of Korean fare first: Kimchee, sweet and sour pickled cucumber and imitation crab; and pickled bean sprouts. The Kimchee was extremely hot and had an exotic flavor that I couldn't identify. One small portion was enough for me---too hot for my wife. We love Asian flavors and these were some of the best I have ever tried. They need more support from our community. I saw an old take home menu that had many items deleted. If we could keep the place full of happy customers I believe more of those would still be available. We will be back soon. read more

I love this place! I love all of their Korean dishes especially my favorites: kahl be tang (beef rib soup), hae mool soon doo boo (spicy tofu seafood soup), dol sot be bim bop (beef, vegetable, egg over rice in hot stone pot), bul ko gi (marinated beef on hot skillet), and of course my fave kahl bi (marinated beef short rib on hot skillet rice). I pretty much stay away from the Chinese dishes but my kids do like the japanese dishes. I think all of the Korean dishes are fantastic and they all come with three different sides. They also have my favorite noodle soups including all types of udons, and seafood ramyun, and pho. There are wider variety of rice dishes and noodle dishes from Korea, Japan, China, Thailand and Vietnam. The dining area is very open, nice and clean with lots of open windows. There is a Korean lady who cooks most of the food in the back. I love, love her kahl be tang and hae mool soon doo boo!!! Since it's so close to where I live I will be frequenting this place alot especially during lunch because they have weekly lunch specials and Mondays are kahl be tang day! I'm Asian and pretty picky about the food I eat and I've eaten Asian foods in San Francisco Chinatown and LA's Koreatown. Try this place. I think you'll love it!!! I absolutely love this place. There food is authentic and incredibly flavorful. My husband and I had the bulgogi and the kalbi beef. We also decided to order some katsu chicken to take home. All of it was hot and very delicious. I was sad when it was all gone. They really do a great job of making sure your food is satisfying and that you have everything you need. The waitress was constantly checking on us and our cups were always full. We were very impressed and being someone who once lived in South Korea, I can say that the food reminded me of how much I missed eating Korean food. We will definitely be back. read more

We liked the food so much our first time to Rice and Noodles that we wound up going back a few days later. We tried the dol sot be beam bob, gham jha tang, and pho and all were delicious. They have yakisoba, fried rice and teriyaki for those who either don't like, or aren't ready to try the Korean dishes, so there is something for everyone. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, the prices reasonable, and the woman who served us (the owner, I assume) was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about the food. Amazing amazing amazing!!!! The food was to die for. I got the Korean pork vegetable skillet. $11 gets you a huge portion. The young lady server was so helpful kind and quick. Highly recommended, went in with not high expectations but wow this place is truly amazing. The owners were nice, while being seated the waitress noticed our table was dirty and cleaned it right away and got us our menus, and even the cook took our order. The food was hands down one of the top 3 Asian restaurants in the tri cites (word of advice do not wear white the food will come super hot and sizzling still) the only reason I'm rating 4 stars is because the both of the waiters(es) just seemed to forget about us (we were the only ones in there and it was close to closing time) so we didn't get refills and I had to walk over to them to order cheesecake ( which was also amazing). After all was said and done the waitress even helped us find a song that was playing that we liked. Besides the little mishaps I recommend and I look forward to going again. read more

They did not use the hot plate platter and portion is half of that. Service is ok. Went with the wife a few weeks ago and we instantly loved it. The good was great. I had the beef pho and she had the chicken katsu. The portions were great and it defiantly filled you up. As far as the environment, it was great. The staff was super nice and welcoming and the entire place seemed clean and well put together. After this first visit we started ordering out and it was great until today. When I tried to call in and order a bowl of pho which is my favorite they gave me the sad news that they no longer ha it on their menu. We came to Rice & Noodles based on the ratings on Yelp. Food was good. I had the chicken fried rice and the General Tso's Chicken. Would definately come back. The fried California Roll was just okay, but needed another minute in the fryer. Probably wouldn't order it again. I was surprised to see only one other table there on a Saturday night, yet the new Pizza place in our neighborhood packed despite the poor ratings it has. Come on folks! Make the drive to Pasco and try Rice & Noodle, it is worth the drive. We stopped there on our way to the movies in Pasco. Was a nice surprise...fast service, good food...it has my vote! read more

Only been here once, but decided to check it out based on the good reviews. The food was outstanding, and I plan to stop in again. The service, however, was ridiculously slow. They have 1 girl who handles waiting tables as well as handling to go orders. If you can handle the wait for some tasty food from a pretty diverse Asian menu, then this place is totally worth it. read more
