Food is delicious I tried the pad Thai and Jap Chae Bap both are so good! The people are kind and have very good customer service. Nice little restaurant.

One of the few restaurants in the tri cities that are actually good! I absolutely love this place. They have a huge menu with lots of variety from rice, noodles, stew, sushi, and so much more. You can find a dish for whatever mood you are in. They are korean owned, and the food tastes super authentic and the pricing is very fair as well! I am never disappointed when I come here. I've tried the cold noodles and most recently the chicken katsu. Both were super flavorful and delicious. My friend got one of the spicy stews with beef and it was amazing! Perfect for the cooler weather. I will definitely be coming back to try more of the stews

Really good food !! Reasonably priced and the kimbap there is my favorite always freshly made !!

    Pad thai

I can't believe we ordered 2 dishes! Most blandness pad thai I've ever tasted, from a noodle place. It literally tasted like cooking oil and spices. It looks like I ordered this from the prison commissary. When I opened the to-go lid I felt like you hated me. This dish was such a joke that half of the price was for the punchline. It's funny and embarrassing You taught me a money losing lesson. Don't come here again and don't recommend to a friend.

SF07. Tofu Phad thai - dry, flavorless noodles.

Had heard some good word of mouth reviews about this place so decided to check it out with a friend of mine. We visited during the 12:00 lunch hour. Walking in it looked like a typical hole in the wall type Asian establishment. The floors throughout the establishment were very dirty looking even though they were still drying after a recent mop - probably overdue for a strip and wax. All of the walls looked like they had greasy handprints on them. Friend ordered the Teriyaki Beef Plate, I ordered the Pad Thai with Tofu with a side of spring rolls. Unfortunately the Pad Thai was very bland - merely boiled, dry, flavorless noodles with peanuts and a lime tossed on it. The spring rolls tasted freezer burned, and had a peculiar dipping sauce on the side. My friend's Teriyaki Beef - we still are unsure what species from which the "meat" was derived. When the fork touched, it just kind of turned to paste. We mentioned to the staff that the food really wasn't good, received an apology but still charged full price even though we obviously left behind 2/3 of our food. Photos make it look like this may have once been a great place - clean, good food, but some reviews hint that there was a recent change in ownership. There are many other great Asian restaurants in the area that you should check out before this one. I won't ever return.

This is a great little spot in town with amazing food. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was quick. The food is fairly priced too. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

Watch out for the prices. This end up being $14 after tax. As expecting this to be eight dollar meal based online prices. This just simply wasn't good. It didn't taste good, it was oily, the shrimp still had casings on them, and a portion wasn't very big given the cost of rice is very cheap. This is the second time I came here. I work pretty close to the place but will not come back. Their chicken pad Thai was the worst chicken pad Thai I've ever had. I'm not sure why they have such a high ranking. Perhaps pasco is really ignorant to Asian style food.

The place is a little hidden but it is easily the best Korean food in the Tri-Cities. Their Bulgogi is always delicious.

Good Korean! Don't expect any pho tho. Don't go on Tuesday, as they have a limited menu. The gyoza are delicious as well!

I also found out the owner trained under a master sushi chef in Japan for 10 years, and you can definitely tell they care about the quality of the food. I'm originally from Seattle, where there's sushi on what feels like every corner, and Aki Sushi is honestly one of the best sushi and teriyaki spots I've had anywhere in Washington. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Service was disorganized from the start. My wife requested water with no ice, but we were immediately brought a glass full of ice by a different server who wasn't even assigned to our table. From there, communication between staff appeared completely disjointed. The food was equally disappointing. I ordered spicy chicken teriyaki and received what was essentially plain grilled chicken with almost no sauce--nothing resembling a proper teriyaki dish. We also attempted to order nigiri, but were told the server needed to check with the chef. No one ever came back to follow up, and we were never given the opportunity to order sushi at all. Throughout the meal, no one checked on us, asked how the food was, or tried to correct anything. The only acknowledgment we received was a brief apology when they brought the check, mentioning we weren't able to try any fish--which was exactly what we had been waiting for. The overall experience felt inattentive and poorly managed, and the lack of follow-through made it especially frustrating. Based on this visit, we won't be returning.
