I love coming here, my family orders from here often and some of our favorites are the pho, appetizer sampler plate(unsure of the name) sesame / princess chicken. bbq pork spring rolls. They deliver, I also like their fresh fruit smoothies/ coconut water, so refreshing in this tx heat. This is my first time here and I must say that the spring rolls vegetable and tofu were excellent size with very good peanut sauce. We also had the Mongolian Tofu and General Tofu. Both were very flavorful and the General Tofu was quite spicy, which I liked very much. Most places never cook with enough spice when making the General Tso, this place knows how to cook it correctly. I am so happy to give this a 5 STAR REVIEW! Vegan Options galore, Vietnamese food for the Freak'n Win (as usual!) We got the -Yu-hsiang Tofu -Vegan Pho with Vegetables ---So here's the story! We were finishing up our meal, one of the owners came by and asked if we needed anything to go. I asked for a to-go container for the both of us. The lady started small talk with us, which is wonderful, due to Covid, socializing has lacked (obviously, lol) She asked how we were doing, how we've been, how works been for us. She then said, "we have a lot of good vegan options here." She said.. our pho broth is really vegan, many places say vegetarian broth but its usually chicken/beef broth. That all of their options can be veganized with tofu. All meat can be substituted with tofu or vegetables. She even gave a little secret to their tofu pho. (I personally am not a tofu pho fan, the tofu usually is soft and falls apart) No Rice & Pho's! Hands down the best Vegan tofu. My wife is super lucky, as this place is right next to her work, her and her coworkers frequently celebrate Pho Phriday!!!
