Great price and authentic Chinese cuisine. You won't be disappointed with the food here.

This is the C17. Cashew Chicken

I ordered cashew chicken and received this.. I called them to bring back the food because I obviously was not eating that & the lady hung up in my face and sent my calls straight to voicemail. When I arrived back at the restaurant she was extremely unprofessional and rude and had a horrible attitude.. all I wanted was a refund .. the food was never touched. Disgusting.

I have rarely been let down at Rice and Rolls. They are already courtuest and never ride. The food is always fresh and cooked to order. Full COVID procedures are still in effect. No dining, no delivery, no weekend hours. However there is contactless pay! Enjoyed shrimp with lobster sauce and veggie egg roll. Daughter enjoyed shrimp and veggies with veggie egg roll. Consistency!

Nice little hole in the wall Chinese food. The lady at the front was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face when speaking to us. Food is definitely worth the buck! And comes with a drink (lunch special)

Food was very good. I really enjoyed it and it stayed hot throughout my whole meal. This is my second time trying out this place and I wasn't disappointed. Fairly new to the stafford area and this place is literally 5 mins from my home.

For fast Chinese food, this place is pretty good. I ordered orange beef and all components came out steaming hot and super freshly cooked. The server was kind, quick and attentive. The interior is clean and decorated in a typical fashion. I definitely would come back here when in the area again.

Have no complaints regarding the quality of the food, portion sizes, and pricing. One of my first choices to get takeout from!

I swear it's just one really long hand made noodle, so it's a bit hard to share, but it's a must-get. We also tried the Claypot noodle and it was good as well but a bit of an acquired taste. The restaurant is located inside Jusgo grocery store. The seating is quite limited so I wouldn't recommend it for large parties. And it's pretty mom and pop, so if that's your jam, go for it. Chairs are mismatched, drinking water is somewhat self-service in small cafeteria-style plastic cups, and tables are small. Like I said - mom and pop, and that's not a bad thing. It's just not exactly a place where you would have a nice business meeting. Service was ok - nothing to note. You pay at the cashier which is like 2 feet from where you ate. Yes, it's a small space. Overall - I love this place and will keep coming back.

Very heavy handed with salt even though the person in my party that placed the order specifically told the waitress to tone down on the salt. We also asked for no MSG but they turned to sugar instead so the dishes were a little altered beyond recognition. Specifically, I ordered their Szechuan peppercorn beef. As far as I know, this dish is always all savory and there should not be any sweetness. But, when I took the first bite, it was mildly sweet. Weird! Looks like for the rest of the dishes that has sauce, they used the same dark colored sauce; so, they tasted the same. Not a lot of imagination and creativity in their cooking. SERVICE: They are quite attentive in this area. So, I would give them 4 out of 5 stars in this area. VERDICT: Would I return? Probably not. When it comes to Chinese foods, the dishes need to be superior in their taste. You really need to have skills to survive as a Chinese restaurant.

My favorites are the fish fillet and the braised pork. I remember when the boxes were around $6, and now they're about $10 each, but the flavor is still just as good as before. The portion size has gotten a bit smaller (inflation sucks), but the quality remains solid. I especially like the few slices of sausage and some pickled mustard greens, which help balance out the richness of the braised pork belly. If you dine in, they offer unsweetened black tea that's actually quite tasty. It's a no-frills spot--simple, quick, and dependable whether you're grabbing food to go or eating there. They also sell items like mung bean cake, which I love, and I usually take a couple home. They got a few tables to dine in and the staff are friendly.

In my experience, beef chow fun at other restaurants often suffers from soggy rice noodles, uneven flavoring, and noodles that stick together. Most notably, other places often use excessive oil that pools at the bottom of the plate. As you can see in the attached pictures, the flavor here was very even, and the texture was firm without being chewy. Each noodle was clearly separated, and there was almost no oil pooling at the bottom. Having eaten Chinese and Vietnamese food my entire life, I strongly recommend this place.
