I felt good about the reservation, and then I read some other reviews. So, naturally, my family and I had a few concerns but decided to see for our selves and kept the reservation because, as previously mentioned, it was the closest available hotel. We'd never been to this town, so when we arrived, we noticed the town was pretty clean. Also, the outside of the hotel was very clean, and it looked kept up. Then we went inside. Now, one of the reviews stated the decor is out dated. However, I think those people must like the modern look, because we thought it felt more homey, not old. To us, it felt comfortable, like a BnB. The attendant at the desk was kind, friendly, and welcoming, and we noticed our fears easing more and more with each passing minute. Our room was in the main building. The lobby felt comfortable, and the dinning area, where they do provide free breakfast in the mornings, felt like I was at home! Our room was on the first floor, room 104 if I remember correctly. It was clean, all the appliances functioned normally, and nothing gave us any feeling we weren't getting our money's worth, which was cheaper than any hotel a 30-minute drive away. Also, the beds were comfortable. The only thing I noticed was that the bedroom carpet is probably due for a cleaning, but we weren't sleeping in the floor. The hotel also has a pool, although we didn't use it. And the location was also convenient for an easy day trip into Charleston, which we did after the first day of our tournament ended about noon. All together, we really enjoyed our stay. If we've ever got to go back to Moncks Corner overnight again, we would stay in Moncks Corner Inn.

I went to management straight away and this started a mess. I asked for the money to be put back in my acct, and was told to go to booking.com that they are responsible and of course they said go to motel to be refunded. this went on and on til I asked to speak to management. The manager has not even tried to fix this and he's been dodging me from the start. I have called every day I left messages, this is so shady to be totally put off and lied to. This motel has a lot of issues but to keep my money is theft. please don't use this dive. Due to the lack of care. I also got charged a 100 dollar fee for deposit after I paid the bill in advance.
