As long-time Natick residents, we were pleasantly surprised to try this restaurant for the first time. It was quite busy on Sunday night but we were seated immediately at a table in the cozy space (approximately 8 tables total). We were chilled when we walked in and did not find it warm enough to take off our coats, but soon enough we were happy to feel the warmth of multiple space heaters defrosting our frozen fingers! What a delight. The servers were prompt and subtle which was much appreciated. We did not feel rushed or interrupted. The quality of the food was amazing! Hot and fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Our favorite Thai place has closed so we opted for this place. The food was so bland and the miso ramen had an awful after taste. I'm never too critical when it comes to food but this definitely stuck out to me as one of the worst (soup wise). Went here on Friday October 19,2019 since it was close to my hotel and on Yelp I saw a picture of someone eating Khao Soi which I went nuts for in Chiang Mai Thailand. Anytime I see it's being made (which is rare where I frequent) I will order it! Therefore this sealed the deal on which Thai restaurant in Natick I would give a try. Location: The place is a small restaurant in a small shopping center. When we arrived we had to wait about 15 minutes but we had a feeling it was time we'll spent. Service: They had two people manning the front and they seemed to be very busy since they were taking phone orders, dealing with in store orders, dine in patrons and being servers for the tables. They were at all times courteous, gracious and helpful. They quickly pointed out things my husband shouldn't eat because of his food allergy and these were items we wouldn't had thought would cause him issues. I was very thankful for that. Food: The Thai iced coffee was very good and the glass was pretty cool. The appetizer which was chicken satay was delicious as was the peanut sauce. I got the Khao Soi which was amazing- I was transported back to Thailand. The portion was good enough for me to be full and bring some home (which tastes even better if possible two days later). My husband sampled some and immediately had food envy! (So much so we came back here the next day and he got this dish) He ordered the Mango Curry with Duck which was flavored to perfection. He got asked for it to be "Thai Spicy" but still needed more pepper sauce to make it to his liking. We shared a mango fried rice. This was really good (even two days later when I heated it up to eat again). For dessert we wanted Mango and sticky rice but the mangoes weren't ripe. We had the fried banana which was good. (We had the Mango and sticky rice the next day and it was delicious!) On the next day we ate lunch I had the pineapple fried rice which was really good. The lunch portion is better to eat alone not to share. Cost: The cost is good for what you get and the authenticity in the food. Overall: This place is phenomenal and I know this restaurant is all the incentive I need for me to drag my husband to Massachusetts! Please note the food is prepared fresh and in our opinion -with lots of love so, expect to wait for your food. This food is worth every minute of your wait!! read more

So yummy and excellent customer service. I had the chicken pad Thai, and it was delicious. They have a nice big menu with lots of items to choose from. The sit-in area is kinda small with 4-5 tables so might be tough to accommodate larger gatherings. I suggest making a reservation for any weekend gathering. Great food and great customer service! We've gotten takeout here multiple times and always enjoyed it. When I got home with my food tonight, I realized that one appetizer was missing (my bad for not checking before I left). I called back and they told me they would either refund me, give me a credit for next time, or I could go back and get it. I chose to go back. They threw in a free appetizer since I had to go back. Great new place in Natick! The strip mall doesn't give you the sense for how good it is. The interior is small, but very well done. The woman working was pleasant and helpful. They bring a water pitcher and glasses to every table, which I liked. The food was fresh and excellent. My only small gripe is that it took a bit long to get our check because there was only 1 person working the front of the house. I hope this place is successful! We'll certainly be back. read more

Excellent new Thai restaurant in Natick, located in the same plaza as Honey Dew Donuts off of 135. My co-workers I came here for lunch, and we ordered pad see ew, basil fried rice, and drunken noodles, which all came out quickly, and we all agreed the flavors of each our dishes was excellent. The cleanliness of the restaurant, presentation, flavors and quality of the ingredients all exceeded my expectations. The restaurant also serves "larb" which I how I knew they were legit. There's also pho, and ramen on the menu but I haven't tried those dishes out yet. If you work at Mathworks, Cognex, TJ Maxx or any other company in the area, and are looking for a new lunch spot to explore, I highly recommend you stop by here. They used to be great! However it seems like the high demand for Thai has caused this place to decline. I ordered online where it stated 80 minutes for pick up; we were okay with that since this place is usually great. I showed up at 80 min and he wrote my name down saying it will be another 20 min...did they start my order when I showed up? Came back in 20 minutes and it was ready. Unfortunately, the quality was poor. The spring rolls tasted like they were microwaved from 7/11 and the pad see ew was mush. Best drunken noodles I've had so far, fave dish of the night. The curry and drunken noodles can be kinda spicy if you can't handle spice. Not much review cause it's a new and just open in Natick area but I came with friends and try food there and yes we love it so much. We got try so many thing such as a beef bbq, green papaya salad, sukiyaki, spicy miso ramen and we created seafood stir fried noodle with a lime leave and peppercorn sauce SO GOOD!!!!! While in town to see family we ordered take out from Rice Noodle Thai after I saw that they offered khao soi. It was phenomenal. The khao soi was flavorful and tasted just as I had remembered it from Thailand. We also got pad Thai, duck choo chee, and crab rangoons and it was all so delicious. They offer gluten free pad Thai and spicy pad Thai! All of it was amazing and they were cautious about covid which we appreciated. read more
