What they have instead is a temp front office (no relation to the business itself) that prepares a paper invoice and have you leave your item with them. The item then gets picked up, inspected at a later date, then a quote is given to you either by phone or email. This is extremely inconvenient for the customer as there is no onsite assessment that can be done which means you're obliged to travel back and forth to a nonexistent office. It's lazy at best, unprofessional at worst. Responsiveness was hit or miss -- more often than not, my calls were not answered but I did get a call back on the same day and the man answered all my questions as patiently as he was able. However, I can't recommend this place given the concerns listed above.

As the staff finished reassembling the piano, I heard music from the other room where I was working, and was delighted to see one of the staff playing the most skilled and beautiful music from the piano! It was then that I knew they had for sure moved the piano with care. They appreciate the beauty and art of it. Vladimir, the tech who played, came back a week later to provide a detailed cleaning, voicing and tuning. He taught me some aspects about how to care for the piano and clearly knew exactly what he was doing with the instrument. Very fairly priced and very high quality service. Couldn't recommend more!!

The time it took to convert each set of filmstrips was reasonable. The quality of the converted videos turned out excellent! I am very pleased with how they turned out and have been sharing the links with many friends and family. The videos are truly treasured keepsakes. He sent a friendly reminder the night before and again when he was 20-30 minutes away, which I greatly appreciated. He was on top of it. Everything went smoothly. He said he would be at the pick up location at 8:00 am and was there a few minutes 8:00 am. The delivery time was between 11:00 am and noon and he arrived within that time frame.
