Richard was great in helping me purchase my new home. I texted him on a Saturday asking to get into the home the following day which he was able to do. He coached me through the offer process and used his relationship with the seller's agent to ultimately help me get selected over someone at the very same offer and offer terms. During the escrow process- Richard helped me with all my inspections, negoetiate a buyer credit for some minor issues that came up from inspections, put me in touch with a lender relationship of his that got me an even better interest rate and made the closing process very easy for me. I was even out of town when I took possession of the home and he went and did the walk through and got the keys for me and put them in a lockbox so that the house could be tented for termites and my painters could get in while I was away for New Year's.
