We were charged $250 for a spray for my dog, which is not worked at all in the past four years. Twice a year, my dog has bad allergies so we come in for a pill also, his nails clipped and his anal gland squeezed. None of these performances were done. We were charged an excessive amount of money and they still haven't even told me what it's over asked for an itemized receipt twice now, and the people have hung up on me because I use the term that my dog is still licking his butt like a motherfucker. So sorry they're virgin ears have never heard anyone swear before, didn't swear at them, but I should've because this is absolutely atrocious to charge someone that amount of money and not do one of the things they asked for in their normal two times a year visit. We spent $250 for a spray that doesn't even freaking work that I just looked up cost 10-15 $ depending on the store & now since it's been multiple days my poor dog is in distress & they're telling I now have to wait till Monday cause that's when the other vet comes in. THE ONE WE NEVER EVEN SEEN ONCE BEFORE. They should be ashamed with this disgusting behavior & basically fraud service.

I love how kind and compassionate she and her staff are! A few years back our senior lab was diagnosed with cancer. It was devastating, as she was a beloved family member to us. It meant a lot to me that Dr. Cooper never pressured us in any of our decision making - she didn't urge us to pursue a certain treatment, and she assured us in what we did decide. It is so hard trying to make the best decisions for our pet's well being. I truly appreciated the way Dr. Cooper and her staff helped us through that time with our sweet Daisy. Currently we have a (crazy) older pup and Dr. Cooper and her staff are so wonderful and patient with handling her silly antics and goofy behavior. Clifton Park Veterinary Clinic feels like family and we are extremely grateful to have them so close by!

When Dr. Harris quickly diagnosed Lilly as being critical as shown by bloodwork, she referred her to Latham Upstate Veterinary services for emergency admittance and overnight care. Dr. Harris sent her labs and Xrays there before we arrived. Lilly did not survive but I have some comfort in knowing that everything possible was done for her. I credit Dr Harris for recognizing how ill Lilly was when another vet had not. I even received a condolence call from Dr. Harris after Lilly passed. I would chose Dr. Harris at Cornerstone Veterinary Services as a preferred veterinarian for any pet and highly recommend them

They are like a well stocked hardware store + LL Bean outdoor clothing store + pet store, all combined into one. They sell screws and bolts BY THE POUND... how did I not know about this? This saves you a ton of money. However, for hardware sized smaller than 1/4-20 you are out of luck. They also sell dog food including some high-end, quality brands (that is what brought us here). They are always having sales on tools and stuff. They have a visiting vet for your animal that comes a couple of hours a week and offers discounted vet services. They sell live animals like chickens in the spring- say what? If you need lumber or windows this isn't the place for you. If you need the stuff you might have found one time at a well stocked "General Store" though, come here!

He cordially told me I needed to take my propane tank to the side of the building and he would be right there to fill it. Not only did he get there ahead of me and was prepared, but he also informed me how to tell if my tank was past its expiration date which would mean it would need to be replaced and could not be refilled. Being that there were 2 dates on the tank, it was confusing. He fully explained this and instead of showing impatience, he was extremely kind and considerate. Not one other refill station have I been to took the time to explain this. Zach, as I found out is the assistant manager. I only wish all stores had management this willing to go that extra mile for their customers. I would return to this Tractor Supply for other product needs thanks to Zach's great customer service!
