Tried calling the phone number on the email, out of service. Try emailing the email provided on the receipt, not a valid email. Tried calling their main phone number from the website, rings a couple times and goes to voicemail. Had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a terrible way to do business when you are dealing with a service for people's loved ones cremated ashes.

On June 16, 2017, I placed an order for a necklace that would have my cat's ashes made into it for $1,849. The kit arrived on June 19 with no directions, just a plastic spoon and container. I already felt uncomfortable messing with my pet's ashes, so I called and was told how many spoonfuls to add. Okay. Whatever. http://i.imgur.com/a7mxPa1.png On June 23, I shipped it off via USPS Priority Mail Express. They marked it as "Cremated Remains," which I didn't even know was a thing but appreciated a ton, knowing my package would be treated with a bit more respect. http://i.imgur.com/pf6EVa6.jpg And this is where the shit hit the fan. I called Cremation Solutions via the phone number on their website that Saturday just to let them know I'd shipped it out. This wasn't during their business hours, but I assumed they'd get the message. Monday came around. I heard nothing. I called again. Tuesday came around. Nothing. I called multiple times. Over the course of two weeks, I called every business day with no response. The tracking noted that it had been delivered but no one was there to sign for it, so they'd left a note and it was sitting at the post office. I was infuriated, upset, distraught that my cat's ashes might be lost or I was being scammed. I didn't know what was going on. By the end of the second week, I told myself I'd blast them on social media, as my cat had a pretty hefty following of over 50k on Instagram. So I did that. https://www.instagram.com/p/BWQI3YMFbtH/ Within 10 minutes, I received a phone call. Ten minutes after two weeks of calling with no answer. They claimed that their phone line hadn't been working properly and they hadn't gotten any calls from me besides the one I had left that morning, but they'd been on the other line and were returning it now. How convenient. They said that the jeweler, who for the record, was the nicest person I spoke to and I believe contacts through the company so no discredit toward him, had already picked up my package and that USPS just doesn't update their tracking correctly. They said they'd call him and give me a call back. Okay. I get on Facebook to find that my comment and tag had been replied to by Cremation Solutions saying, "We repeatedly replied to this customer and let her know the ashes were picked up right away. The tracking stating that the package was not pick up was just plain wrong and we assured the customer." Lies. I had been calling every day. No way in hell would I have missed repeated calls. https://www.facebook.com/DogandACat/posts/242428396247302 I get a phone call back from the guy and he says the jeweler is on the way to pick up my cat's ashes. Wait, what? Hadn't he already? Guy on the phone says Facebook guy was thinking I was a different customer from Europe. Okay, whatever. Says the jeweler will probably call me asking for tracking info. Jeweler was super nice, got my ashes. I called USPS corporate who called that post office just to double check that everything was legit. It was. Cool. I take a nap because I'm stressed out at this point. I wake up to several of my friends asking if I'd seen my public Facebook page for my cat and dog. I run over to it and find that the person from Cremation Solutions had posted a picture of my cat's ashes in the plastic jar I'd put them in with the USPS paperwork beneath it displaying my home address. My home address where my dog is often in the backyard. Where 50k+ Instagram followers can now see it. It had been up for hours. (Because let's get real, my naps are not actually naps as much as sleep.) I delete it because I'm pissed. http://i.imgur.com/Bqdo4iY.jpg Jeweler had told me he was going on vacation, but that he'd get to it in probably a few weeks. Life gets busy. Suddenly it's September 5. I call after hours. Get a call back the next day. Guess they fixed their phone? They say my necklace is done, but they weren't sure how to send it because Hurricane Harvey. I live in Austin, which was mostly unaffected, but okay. They say Houston is the main hub for mail in Texas. Well, I don't know about that, but I doubt they're sending mail through Houston right now. Also, why wasn't this sent out way the hell before Harvey? Like... It's been two months. I get the necklace September 8. I asked them to email me the tracking info because there have been break-ins to our mailboxes. I never got tracking info. It didn't need a signature, just sat in my mailbox. Whatever, I have it. The certificate says it was created on July 21. So why they didn't send it out in July. Or August. I don't know. http://i.imgur.com/krfOwom.png http://i.imgur.com/F1iAWlz.jpg Needless to say, very unprofessional responses. I was harassed on the phone prior trying to get info on colors. They sent out private information on my public pages. Would not recommend going through this company if you can find somewhere else.

WARNING TO ALL PET OWNERS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more Between the dates of November 2nd and the 10th 2022, I entrusted WARREN MOONEY'S company, FINAL JOURNEY, in NH, with the care of a beloved pet that had passed. I was advised by the East Boston Animal Hospital to contact Warren Mooney the owner of Final Journey in NH, to discuss a request. I then contacted, Warren over the phone, I introduced myself to him and told him that my family and I have been long-time customers and have been doing business with his company for over a decade. Specific instructions were given to Warren that involved dispersing the remains into two individual containers and that he would put some remains aside for an amulet. Additionally, I was told that there would be no extra charge for my specific requests and I took their word for it; considering that I have been doing business with them for a decade and never encountered any issues, I obviously trusted them. Upon receiving the remains of my pet, I was given two separate boxes but never received the small portion of the remains for the amulet I wished to fashion. I was also charged additional fees even though I was told that no extra charges would come up. When these matters were brought to WARREN'S attention via text, I was immediately met with a careless and arrogant demeanor. WARREN initially instructed me to utilize a hair dryer to melt away the wax sealing in order to retrieve remains for the amulet, something I was not going to attempt nor was it my responsibility. When asked about the extra charges Warren contradicted himself and just waved it away and continued to ignore this issue. I asked for a refund for the unknown fee and for not fulfilling the service as promised. Warren clearly shooed me away when he said he is "now going to spend time with his family". Warren seemed to be done discussing business with me and made me feel his word is worthless and he is a thief. I was appalled at his condescending responses, arrogant tone, careless and unprofessional way he handled my situation. I was upset at how he treated me and told him I did not care who he was going to hang with and not to forget that the pet owners are the ones that pay for his services, NOT the animal clinic. I then blocked him because I felt I would be met with greater hostility.  I contacted the East Boston Animal Hospital and explained my experience with Warren and that I did not want anything to do with him. Due to his severe lack of professionalism, I told them I would let all my friends, family, and colleagues know and warn other pet families NOT to use his services. I told the staff at the East Boston Animal Hospital that my family and I will NOT go through them for end-of-life pet care as long as they continue to do business with Warren and his company.  For over a decade, my family and I have been conducting business with Warren's company. This was my first encounter with him and I am extremely sad to now know this is what we've been dealing with. Warren's poor attitude was nothing short of rude, careless, and arrogant towards my questions and myself, he was completely uncaring and unempathetic regarding my situation and my requests. I do NOT trust Warren and I question his integrity. Throughout the years my family and I have been paying for our pets' end-of-life services, did he ever fulfill our wishes? After this encounter, I feel he did NOT. Unfortunately, there isn't much (if any) quality control or regulations for pet cremation services, which also explains his horrible demeanor, like he can and has gotten away with things.  I deal with customers daily and I would never respond to any of my new, long-term, past, or potential customers with such carelessness and arrogance. Some pet parents choose end-of-life services for their pets, and I truly respect that decision, so please take this as a WARNING and do NOT entrust your beloved pets with this shady guy and his company. I regret ever doing business with WARREN MOONEY and FINAL JOURNEY in NH. By the way, I saved all the text interactions between Warren and me!  The good news and to end on a positive note, there are other end-of-life pet service providers that have integrity, are professional, and actually care about their customers! Be sure to ask your pet's clinic to ensure they don't use this company and do your research to find a quality service provider. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Good luck!

That's the reason I came back when I got my puppy and continued using them for vaccines and other concerns. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been very frustrating. Back in December 2025, I brought my puppy in because we were preparing for his first flight. I explained that he's very high energy and gets anxious. I was first told to try Benadryl, which did nothing. I called back and explained that it wasn't working and that I was concerned about him being on an 8 hour flight. They prescribed gabapentin and told me to try it ahead of time. I did, and it still didn't help at all. My dog was still extremely anxious, barking, and unable to settle. When I called back asking for other options, I was basically told there was nothing else they could do and that dogs sometimes surprise you on flights. That was not helpful advice. My wife and I ended up being kicked off our flight because our dog would not stop barking and crying. That situation was stressful and honestly could have been handled better with more guidance. More recently, my dog has been sick and we have spent over 2000 dollars on visits, bloodwork, medication, and ultrasounds. What has been the most frustrating part is the lack of communication. I have had to reach out multiple times just to get test results. This has happened more than once. When your dog is sick, you should not have to chase down answers. At this point, I feel undervalued as a client. I do not mind paying for care, but I expect communication, support, and follow through in return. That has not been my experience lately.

Review I chose…read moreForever Meadows because I had used them three years ago during a previous loss and, at that time, they were extremely compassionate and professional. After that positive experience, I trusted their care during such a difficult time, not realizing what high employee turnover they have had since then, leading to a completely different experience. On April 21, 2026, after Bailey, our beloved cat of 18.5 years, passed away, we reached out around 9 PM, as their website states that 24 hour services are available for situations like this. Unfortunately, we were told that the website is incorrect and they could not assist until after 9 AM the following day. We were advised to keep our pet outside or somewhere cool overnight. This was incredibly distressing during an already heartbreaking moment. When the employee arrived the following morning to pick Bailey up, he was quite insensitive and started the conversation by immediately asking if I had already paid. While filling out the contract and explaining the options I would like, he interrupted me multiple times to discuss prices, even after I had advised him that the price was not my concern - making sure my little girl was taken care of was my only concern. While arrangements were made, both on the phone and in person, I clearly communicated multiple times that having Bailey's paw print was extremely important to me and my son as a keepsake. I also showed the man the clay paw imprint that their company had done for her brother three years earlier and stated I wanted the same one for her. I paid in advance for this service and it was clearly marked on the contract I signed. When I was called to pick up Bailey (four days after the man told me she would be ready to come home), I was told that the clay paw print had not been done prior to cremation and it was unclear that I wanted it, despite it being marked on the contract and them already charging me for it. This was devastating. While they did offer to refund the $45, the opportunity to have that final keepsake is something that can never be replaced. There were several other mistakes made during the process as well but this is, by far, the most upsetting as it is irreversible. What made the situation even more upsetting was how it was handled. There was no empathy and it was treated as an inconvenience to them. Both Faith and the man in the office with her during pickup stated multiple times that it is not their fault. I specifically asked what quality control plan is in place to prevent these errors from occurring and was advised there is none and that "mistakes happen and are just part of doing business." This particular "mistake" was compared to a fast food order being prepared incorrectly, which felt dismissive and deeply lacking in empathy given the emotional nature of the service being provided. This was not just a simple oversight. It was the loss of something deeply meaningful during a time of grief over the loss of a very important member of our family. For a service costing several hundred dollars, I expected a much higher level of care, attention to detail, and compassion. I specifically asked to speak with the owner and was told he wasn't there. I asked Faith to call him to which she replied, "I will not be doing that." To make matters worse, I am not at all confident that the ashes I received are even Bailey's as they are less than 1/4 of the weight of her twin brother's ashes, despite them being almost identical in size at the times of their passing. With such carelessness and an admitted lack of any kind of checks and balances in their operations, I do not have any faith that they actually provided the private service I paid for or returned the proper ashes, which is even more distressing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Forever Meadows and I very strongly discourage anyone from using their services for a loved one if sentimentality and compassion are at all important to them. My wish is that no other family ever has to experience such carelessness during an already devastating time.
