We interviewed three realtors and we selected Wilson because we agreed with his vision as to how to prepare our home for sale and his assessment of current market conditions. We were very pleased with the decision as we found out that Wilson has a strong team to support the preparation and sales process. A project plan was developed months in advance and for the most part all deadlines were achieved. Luis (contractor) and Priscilia (coordinator) prepared the house for sale on time and on budget. The staging firm did a great job in presenting our home. When necessary Wilson was alway available to answer our questions. The Open Houses took place as we planned months in advance and we were given an update at the end of each weekend. When offers came in Wilson and Cathy (Experttcs) helped us navigate through the negotiation process until we accepted a bid that met our target. We were then introduced to Michele (Director of Ops) and Aldolfo (escrow officer of WFG Title Co.) to guide us through the closing process. Their assistance made the paperwork burden as painless as possible. We were happy with the entire process and impressed with how the Own Team worked together to get the job done. We deducted a 1/2 star because the lateral sewer work mandated by the city was delayed for weeks because the plumber that OWN uses was not available. This caused a delay in closing. My recommendation to OWN is to expand the list of plumbers the company can use. Also, we were assigned an original coordinator with whom we did all the pre-planning. However, when execution time arrived we discovered she left the company. Thankfully Priscilia stepped in and everything worked out fine.

When I went to check the breaker as instructed by PG&E, the lightbulbs in the basement had been removed and it was pitch black. While I was trying to flip my breaker on, my back was turned and Ty Harris (who doesn't live in my building) came up from behind me and physically assaulted me. He hit me, threw me into a concrete wall, put his hands all over my body ripping at my skin, and chased me up a flight of stairs... I was bleeding from multiple areas. This is a premeditated assault. Violence.. There has been no apology from structure properties, no explanation for his behavior. Why do I have to explain to human adults that unlawful violence is bad?

Everything moved so fast, from the moment we got off the call, things just started happened, photographers showed up and took professional pictures (after we had the place cleaned) and made a map layout of the property (got the files the that same evening). By the next morning, our home was already listed and advertised (i think it was 22 outlets that RentWise marketed the home to). Within 48 hours we had ~30 contacts. RentWise showed the home to 5 lovely couples/families that weekend and 3 qualified applicants for us to chose from a couple days after. All-in all, the process took a little over a week. I cannot believe how fast we got qualified applicants and a lease executed. They are worth every penny (it probably would've taken me a month) not to mention they got us 10% more than the top end of my expectation. My first experience with RentWise, will update the review if anything changes during the length of the relationship. Thank you again RentWise!
