Good place. It is a nice local menswear shop that needs to compete against the bigger places. It is ample in size and does rentals and sales. I needed a couple suites and was just passing by when I saw a sign in the window so stopped in. I walked out buying 2 suits. They tailored the suits quickly and it looked good. The guy is quirky but confident in his knowledge of how a suit should fit. He's a sales guy but is fun to deal with. read more

Prom tux did not fit at all and on tHe day of prom was given 2 sizes too big since they measured to small. Then made every excuse why other then it's their fault. Waited 45 min to get out of there while he was with another customer and talking down to him. Completely rude and unprofessional. 250.00 later and we ended up going home and switching out the shirt and Vest for one we had in the closet. So 250.00 to rent pants, shoes and a jacket for the day. Also was told if there is a single tear or wearing on the bottom of the pants then we will get charges 180.00. The pants were way to long when given to him so the poor kid refused to dance all prom because he was scared to damage the pants. Unacceptable treatment. read more

My feelings is its a small business and its the difference of getting a suit off the rack and getting a custom fitted suit. Yes Kevin can get alittle chatty but thats the personal relationship you get from a small business. Wedding suits were probably comprarble to Miltons or Joseph Banks. Awful service and formal wear...the only bad vendor I dealt with for my entire wedding. The men that run the place are rude and condescending...each groomsmen that went in individually had a complaint about them. The tuxes are terrible too, one groomsmen had moth holes in the shirt and another had his shoe fall apart before the ceremony. When we told them about it upon returning the tuxes they just shrugged and said these things can happen. This place is crap, save yourself hassle and don't go here! read more

Not an exceptional place by any means, and actually out of the way, at least where I lived. However I was going on behalf of a friend and made the effort, despite going through traffic twice in the process. Place is located in downtown Canton, a small New England town like many others. There's a fair assortment of local businesses in the area from pubs to chain pharmacies. Nothing terribly memorable. There is street parking available for people. Went in to get measured for my tux, which took about 15 minutes. Staff person working was pretty direct and to the point, which actually isn't bad. He tried selling me a suit in the process, of which I was almost tempted by didn't bother. Upon picking up my tux, the other (I'm assuming) co-owner had me try on everything. Some people seemed to have perceived him to be condescending. I can actually see why people think that, given that he operated more like an instructor than a tailor. But I think he's a pragmatist when it came to trying everything on. I'm assuming he and his colleague deal with their share of idiots who don't know their ass from their elbow. He and his colleague were very emphatic on holding onto the yellow receipt slip like it's an Indiana Jones artifact. Apparently dumbassed customers seem to lose that and the colleague made sure I put it in my wallet when putting down the deposit for the fitting. The pragmatist instructed me on the tux as if I were getting a new car and had it fitted to my specs, which I think is really important no matter what. He was very by the book on it. Some might perceive that as fussy but I think when it comes to fitting, they want to make sure everything works out for their customers. I speak from experience of which before my prom, and I didn't have try on the entire suit at the store like I should've. Long story short, the shirt didn't fit and with an hour away from my prom, my father heroically scrambled to get me the shirt from the store (that likely the jackass who processed the order was out to lunch when he put together my prom tux). Renting the tux here was a little more pleasant. The price itself was was a little more than I thought, but it is what it is. My only real beef is the return time, which is between 11am & 3pm on a freaking Monday. Like everyone else, I work during the day and it's a hassle to drop off the tux right in the middle of a workday. Thus I had to make arrangements to drop off this suit and not get charged the per day late fee. To be fair, the pragmatist did mention that they can keep the store open if you call ahead and let them know you're returning your suit. Upon returning, the man remembered me and asked me how the wedding was, and he seemed genuinely interested. For what it's worth, that's actually not a bad thing. My wife needed a tux for a gala (she is not a dress kind of girl) so we started our search at the formal wear shop closest to home. Kevin was very helpful and gave us some advice about styles and cuts that would work best for a woman. In the end, she got a well-fitting tuxedo that she looked great and felt comfortable in. What more could we want? If you are looking for something super-trendy, this is probably not where you'll find it, but if you want a classic tuxedo or custom-fitted suit from a professional who has been in business locally for decades, this is the place to go. read more

Absolutely terrible! Do yourself a favor and go to Men's Wearhouse; you'll get the same quality suit for fraction of the cost without the frustration. Beware their "posted" hours because they close whenever they feel like it. Had this happen back-to-back Saturdays when I arrived before closing and they were already locked up. Staff are pretentious and condescending, talking down to customers about formal wear. I wear a shirt and tie to work everyday but because I showed up to the fitting in street clothes, I was talked to like a 5 year old. Do not give this joke of an establishment your money! read more

Extremely dissatisfied. My son rented a tux for his prom and was told to pick it up at 2pm the day of the event. He arrived at 1:30 to find a line of people waiting with only 2 employees in the store. He waited THREE hours to pick up his tuxedo. This is a store that has been doing this for years! Give me a break. You could not of had more help or allowed an earlier pick up? Then we get a message on my answering machine that the tux was due back 33 minutes ago!! The rental fee ($155.00) is for what? Not even 24 hours, no time for pictures and waiting 3 hours in line to be scolded when it was 33 minutes late. No thanks. Never again. read more

If I could have given this place 0 stars, I would have. 1 is being generous. Worst experience ever. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. My buddy used them for his wedding and it was a joke. I wear suits daily to work, and the staff here flat out refused to give me my standard size, telling me "I would rip their garments". They sized me at a 58 when I normally wear a 48. The fit was so baggy and unflattering, I was swimming in fabric. Even the other people with me at the fitting complained that it was the wrong size. Staff still REFUSED to give me a smaller size. More interested in getting your money and getting you out the door than actually making you look good for some of the most important occasions in people's lives. Don't know why they are in this profession, no consideration for clients and are super condescending. I'm not the smallest guy around, but at 30 years old, I definitely don't need someone "fat shaming" me when I'm paying for their services. Disgusting. read more
