How can a dental medical facility deal with only one lab, no other labs approved for people without out of network coverage. She treated me terribly and would not let me talk to the owner if the practice. She has done sort of power issue. I have been going here with my husband and son for years and I will be leaving the practice because of her. Too bad because I love Dr Gomez whom I have been seeing for the past several years. Very very disappointed and angered by the lack of regard for my son's situation. And just kept saying no we don't deal with any other lab which to me is an insane for any medical practice. Oh and kept saying we're a dentist but dentists are doctors and they have oral surgeons (aren't they doctor too)? I'm so upset that my heart is pounding out of my chest from this experience. To be told flat out NO we can't send your sample to any other lab but the one we use.

Aside from the implant issue the dental hygienist Nancy would repeatedly call me the wrong name for years despite my repeated attempts to NORMALLY and politely ask her not to (unfortunately I used to have an unusual foreign name prior to my gender transition) and when I attempted to address the issue with Dr. Samani he suggested I find another dentist. Staff are unprofessional and unfriendly. Do not go here. It's like they need to be trained even just to not give their clients nicknames.
