She is very experienced with hormone replacement. Her name was given to me by my doctor at the institute for Health and Healing who moved away from SFO. Dr Haas is a General MD. And they also have an Osteopath who I saw and helped me out with my neck and back pain. Recommend some PT after reviewing my X-Rays. He also did some work on my back in the office. I have recommended Judy to a few of my friends and it has worked well for them

As a vulnerable new mom, I fell for her scam. I purchased several treatments, and got my son the surgery. I can tell you that his feeding and his tongue got much worse post surgery and post treatment by Holly. This is a pattern happening our country right now. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/07/29/health/tongue-tie-releases-aap.html?unlocked_article_code=1.JE4.bDHY.uWyTsDmDHXvf&smid=url-share. Additionally, the billing practices of Preventive Medical Center were incorrect multiple times and when I would reach out to help correct them I never got an answer. So we have been scammed out of additional funds. Finally, I called the main line and left a message for the owner on his direct line, giving him the courtesy chance to call me back before I post a review, but again after two weeks, I heard nothing back so think people should know the truth here. My opinion is that this practice is a general scam - people posing as "eastern medicine" and trying to scare vulnerable people in treatments that are not covered by insurance. Lastly, the front desk and nurses there are very scary and strange when it comes to babies. In the middle is this latest Covid 19 scare this summer 2024, the front desk woman and a nurse there came up to me three separate times in TEN minutes while I was trying to feed my crying eight week old in the waiting room, who already had trouble feeding because of Holly's incompetence. Um...my baby is 8 weeks old and doesn't have his shots yet and covid is going around again. Go away!!!! Clueless folks at this office all around who just want to take advantage of folks. Stay away for your own sake.

Dr. Wolfe, for reasons I'll likely never know, nearly cost me my life. He prescribed medications…read moreand failed to warn me about other OTC medication and food interactions. When I confronted him about that, after a team of ER doctors spent hours on me and I had a six day stay in ICU, he said I should have googled the medication. So I did. And I learned that he was to have been conducting quarterly blood tests. He never did a single blood test. That was the most dramatic and life-threatening of his errors or misses in my care, but there are others. Fortunately, I started relying heavily on specialists and they caught most of the things that Dr. Wolfe should have been doing, catching, and acting on. I would not trust him or any Practicioner at One Medical with my health. They seem too focused on attracting new members and securing insurance reimbursements, in my opinion, to have the bandwidth to adequately care for the needs of their existing patients.

First let me say - I am and "experienced" patient (17 major surgeries and many other tests and…read morebiopsies over the past 20 years), so I'm really tired and VERY skeptical of doctors and the medical profession in general. I recently switched from 15 years with Kaiser, back to Blue Cross, so I had to replace about 10 docs and thank goodness for Dr. Wolfe! I met him last week for the first time and I was SO impressed. He's very knowledgeable, he's not intimidated by my questions (or all the "stuff" going on with me), he's open minded, he was a pain doc for 6 years (so he gets THAT part of my treatment) and overall, he's a very likable guy - I can't recommend him more highly (keeping my fingers crossed that I'm not putting him on a "too soon" pedestal - but I don't think so). The ONLY downsides are the whole "Med One" $200 annual fee for "special" things that really, all docs are offering now-a-days, and the fact that Med One isn't on either of the 2 main electronic medical systems in my area (UCSF and Sutter), so I have to make sure they get all my labs and doc notes from EVERY other doc....which in my personal case, is a big PITA. That being said, I really feel like I have a good doc now who can be the leader of my team and really help coordinate all my issues - before, it was only me, bringing things to docs and trying to figure it out on my own, so YEA!!!!

When looking for a new doctor, I'll admit I initially passed up Dr.Lohtia due to her poor reviews…read more From what I gathered, she was great, but her staff was incompetent and rude. However, outside of traveling to the city, I was left with no other options. I write this review for those who, like me, nearly missed a good opportunity with an excellent doctor AND staff because of nasty reviews. I actually missed my first appointment, fully forgot, 100% my fault, and was neither charged nor reprimanded for it. When I made it to my rescheduled appointment, I was met with smiles and friendliness. Dr.Lohtia was behind schedule, which they had recorded on a handy white board at the front of the office. Being warned in advance that I should expect to be about 30 minutes behind made it much easier to wait. The nurse and Dr.Lohtia were personable, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I mentioned a sandwich spot near by, and the nurse lit up. She was eager to give me her recommendation and directions to find it. On my way out, I had a similar encounter with the receptionist. She told me a story about a patient visiting the same shop, and how popular it is. Everything about the office seemed eager, helpful, competent and kind. It's disappointing so many people reviewed it differently. On the other hand, it probably allowed for the opening I needed to see this wonderful doctor! I definitely recommend Dr.Lohtia and her office!

I believed in my heart we had a good relationship. In the past couple of years the level of care has dwindled leaving me to suffer extended periods of time due to neglect and a diminished standard of care. Messages left to the doctor by phone message or MyChart take several days to respond IF SHE RESPONDS at all. I have been consistently ignored while suffering major health scares, never receiving calls or checks-ins for me as a patient in need of care. Slightly heart broken, I find myself needing to complain to the state board and pursue another PCP Primary Care Physician.
