First week here. So far, so great! I toured this property a…read morefew months ago while it was under different management and I loved the property but I wasn't quite sure about the move yet. I got the vibe that they may be changing hands and I wanted to see how things played out. I re-toured the building after the new management took over and I was very happy with the service I received. Brendan helped me from day one with my tour, he provided prompt email responses and returned all my calls. The level of service has been the same if not more engaging since my first tour under the last management. The quality of the building is amazing, the customer service, building design, finishes and layout of the apartment make me happy to call this building home. I initially toured 2 units and 1 was swept up before I applied, but it came available and the office was happy to switch me to the unit I originally preferred. But let's put it this way... I was moving here for either unit, because they are both beautiful! The parking deck. Lovely! I have not run into any high speed drivers, and so far there are always available spaces for residents and free parking downstairs for guests. Guests must have a pass placed on their car to verify they are actually here for someone, which concierge is happy to help with. I have had Minimal visitors but each time concierge has contacted me to verify and send up to my unit. Food deliveries are kept down stairs which I personally love because I don't want just anyone roaming the floor they are delivering to. I have had maintenance come visit due to me not quite understanding how the lighting and locks worked and he showed up all smiles to help me figure things out. The residents I have run into in the halls and elevators are kind, welcoming and respectful. Lots of happy dogs to meet too! Overall I'm very happy with my decision to move here. I made the move after living somewhere for many years, so this was a big move for me and the staff made it as smooth as possible. My moving truck ran late due to my previous home not having the elevator exclusively available to me, and The leasing staff helped adjust times and never even batted an eye about it being an inconvenience. This is a big deal on a stressful moving day! I'll be happy to update as time goes by, but for now I am one happy lady.

I stumbled across her and her company when replying to some zillow/craigslist ads for private and public apt listings. She was an INCREDIBLE resource that made our search low-stress, easy, and efficient. Her database of apartment info was great, her knowledge of the areas we wanted to look at was downright impressive, and after spending the majority of last Thursday with her, we consider her one of our first new friends in Atlanta! She goes above and beyond in responding to questions, concerns, etc. She has great relationships with seemingly all the Inman Park/Old Fourth Ward area corporate leasing agents we encountered. Bottom line- we had about 48 hrs to find a place while down there, but with her help it took only about 8 hrs and visiting 5 properties. It would've been accomplished in even less time had we been more decisive and not stopped for a leisurely lunch. She was absolutely indispensable and I would recommend her and/or ForLease Atlanta to anyone, without reservation. You will be well taken care of and it will make apartment hunting almost seem fun! the carpet don't match the drapes. let me explain…read more 1010 Midtown is a bit of a unicorn in that it's a gorgeous building of a common type in Midtown: glass and steel. the interiors are just breathtaking, truly, being situated right in the middle of the city--complete with spectacular, panoramic views in all directions. the pool area is wonderful, if a bit small, and the other common areas are neat as well. where 1010 falls short is the lobby. when you design a building with signature architecture from the street you want to be wowed upon walking in, and that's just not the case here. the lobby is small, the entry is clunky with 2 sets of doors, and there's not enough opulence in accordance with how objectively swanky some of the units are. if I lived there, I would push the association to renovate and make it a statement piece in the company of Loews Hotel. all in all, a signature building with room for improvement.

Anyways, slow but steady (the Loews opens this month) Midtown is taking hold in Atlanta. 1010 has great open common areas, the gym is prime and the view over lower midtown from the pool is prime. This building recently dropped some of the their 1 bedrooms to below 190k, and two bedrooms under $300k, so that is a pretty good price for this level of quality. I have taken several clients here and have one purchase contract here. Anyways this is the "self proclaimed" center of the Midtown mile, and it is 2 blocks from the park. That is easily enough for four stars. Give it a few more years for the midtown mile to fill in and this is a 5 star residence dead in the center of it all.
