Not to mention I had found black mold, that was making me sick, in the AC unit in my bedroom. How was it handled? Only after much back and forth over weeks was I allowed a new unit at their, unapologetic, expense. As for more recent disappointments: For nearly two months we have been neglected and ignored by Mitch Greenberg and Tom Mohrbacher. For our move-out procedure, my roommate and I followed all rules and regulations to return our apartment the way we found it (minus the overpowering smell of cigarettes that took two weeks to get rid of when we first moved in) . During our final walkthrough, we were told everything looked great and we'd be receiving our full deposit by the end of the month. Later received a check for several hundred dollars UNDER what we initially payed. When asked for an itemized receipt, we were told there was paint damage, which was not true and neither reported to us beforehand, as well that it was not clean, when my roommate was on hands and knees cleaning for hours. Since then, we have been going back and forth being simply told "I'll have to look over it again" with no follow up. Countless emails, texts, calls and even office visits have been ignored. The lack of human empathy Keller Knapp has for their clients continues to baffle me. We felt undervalued and overlooked our entire time renting and only hope readers take into consideration what I have said before signing with them. I do not recommend Keller Knapp.

These lessers dont understand that old houses (before 1950) need a fair amount of maintenance and upkeep. I would recommend them to anyone on a budget, and they have always been mindful of delaying my rent date when out on an assignment of lengthy orders. My only quip would be that sometimes there is no one in the office on the weekends and smaller maintenance requests get backlogged.

My property was move in ready, it had new paint and carpet throughout. I expected my property to be returned in the same condition. He clearly does not understand the job of a property manager and it is clear he does not understand how to manage finances or have competent staff. He should not be operating any business anywhere. The cost to repair my house to the condition before Michael White took over as property manager far exceeds the double deposit the tenant paid that he placed in my property. At the very least he should be held responsible. He claims to complete repairs and charge you for them, however, they are not completed or are faulty at best. To be clear, I am not going to allow Michael White and his company to steal from me. I, just like the others who have posted how awful he and his company are plan to pursue this to the legal limits of the law. There appears to be a pattern of how he deals with his customers. He does not return phone calls, manage the property, collect funds and not pay the owner, I could go on. If we all have to join forces to shut him down so no one else is a victim, count me in!!!! Moreover, whatever I can do to keep him from stealing, defrauding or mismanaging someone else's property, I will make sure I do my part to make that happen!!!!
