Her amazing staff has assisted me in several extreme situations, when care was needed right away, and going to an urgent care facility or an ER was not possible. My husband and I were very upset at the prospect of starting with a new doctor however when we met Dr Aldrich we were extremely happy because he has the same type of personality as our previous doctor. What I love about him the most is he doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or scared, he tries to look at the symptoms and take the easiest treatment to see if it works. He is always available, very compassionate and easy to talk to. My husband is a difficult patient, but Dr Aldrich knows exactly how to deal with him. NO ONE IN THE HOSPITAL SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT OVER 4 1/2 HOURS TO RECEIVE A IV SO THAT SHE CAN PAIN MEDS!!!! A person goes to a hospital to get out of pain, not stay in pain once admitted especially in the ICU or observation areas. That is ridiculous!!! This is disgraceful!
