She kept delaying the pickup time from 10 AM to 2:30 PM, so I finally hired my own tow truck. Even then, they intentionally stalled by taking more than 30 minutes to move the two cars blocking mine. The owner then responded to my Google review that I showed up 3 hrs later to drop off my car. I posted the timestamp of my original call, when I left the shop and when I left the Google review - it was all within about an hour total. Tommy is very fair on his labor rate compared to other shops which in turn I was able to do more projects on my car.
