The produce was low on this Visit 4/30/26. No cabbage, no broccoli. Some of the vegetables bins were low. Not full which is what I use to. Now it time for me to check out. I get in line and Madison D is at the register around 6:51pm. She did not speak. Everyone has good and bad days. I guess this was her bad day. She continued to ring up my items then proceeded to ask me "would I mind starting bagging your groceries". I said NO! I wasn't in the self check out line nor Food for Less. I come to Ralph's for service and great groceries. This was rude to ask a customer to do a job they are not expected to do. If this is the direction this store is headed, I will rethink before returning to this store.

This Ralphs is located close to LAX and it is busy! The parking lot is like a maze. There are cars coming from every direction. Crazy! Once you make it through (hopefully with your car and sanity intact), you enter into a nicely laid out store with a Starbucks somewhat in the middle. We walked to the back and found the seafood counter. We were promptly greeted even while the man was helping by someone else! We saw the fish fry sign and proceeded to select the fish we wanted and the type of seasoning (4 to choose from). We were told it would take 10 mins. We got them cut up into nuggets. We came back after doing some shopping and it smelled so delicious! The guy behind the counter was so excited for us to take a look inside and taste one. DELICIOUS & CRISPY! Nicely seasoned. If you haven't tried the FREE fish fry offerings at Ralphs, you should consider it. I know it's not at every location so that's why we had to drive to LAX location.

Shopping in Westchester, California…read more.. Because there's no Trader Joe's in Hawaii, I usually make it a point to stop by when I'm on the mainland (Continental USA). This time, it was my first stop after getting the rental car. I needed breakfast, had to use the restroom, and wanted to get some gifts. All tasks were accomplished! I got some apples, snacks, hummus veggie wrap, summer rolls, frozen kimbap, and an insulated tote bag to haul them to my car! Thanks for the clean environment, well-stocked store, and friendly, helpful service! We even found the store mascot, Iggy, and got a prize! It was a productive visit!

Yes, they are super cute, and will make great gifts. Just fill with your favorite TJ treats! They always have something new - like everything to do with strawberries at the moment, the arrival of the fearless flyer, or, the return of the spicy cheese snacks! This store smartly staggered their drops- thank you! Not everyone can get there early in the morning to await their allotment of three coolers (your choice or one of each color being dropped). I learned from those in front of me that they went early in the morning and had gotten the other "set of colors", and were back in line for the next three to make a full set, one of each color! Nice! Stood in line for an hour (people in front were smart and had umbrellas for the sun) - so after shopping, I did wait in line to use their restroom. The staff and management were busy cleaning, and I had a chance to chat. I complimented them on their organization-there was signage outside (three tote max per adult in line), and the fact that they were sure to let customers know that they didn't need to wait in line to shop if they didn't want any totes. I also learned they don't mind the craze and hype-and the most time consuming task was answering the phone;(. Yikes, I admitted having called first to check - which makes sense as a customer- but it also makes sense that they'd need one person just to answer the phone to repeat their stock status and drop times. (Can't do a recording, because you'd miss the other important calls unrelated to a drop.). They said it is literally hundreds of calls, which takes away from their regular tasks. I picked up water and more treats for the office in addition to the bags. Did I mention that my co-worker wanted one of each of the striped colors? Ummm, hard to do unless you're here for a couple of days and can revisit stores or something, ha ha! Nonetheless, my son is getting his favorite TJ treats, as will my office. Check box, task complete! Thanks TJ, for the good eats and drinks, reasonable prices, clean stores, and fun drops.

What was it bugs Bunny said?…read more Ah the that, ah the that, ah the that's all folks! Going in here, it would have been nice to at least have some idea as to what exactly is left on the shelf. If you're talking less than 2% of all available products, stop me at the door or put something up letting people know that this place is a done deal! And while the sign inside the store indicates it's closing tomorrow, they'll be nothing left here in a few hours or minutes at most. This place was a virtual Ghost town, with the exception of literally one aisle. I'm not making this up. And neither could you! For whatever reason, the marketing was subpar on this particular location, and it got virtually drowned out by nearby business. The sheer lineup of cars from nearby Chick-fil-a, Kfc, Burger king, etc etc etc, would make even coming here a reasonable nightmare as you navigate past the numerous lines akin to Disneyland. For what it's worth, my last appearance ever here was a great greeting by a rather conservative and mild mannered CSA or customer service All Star who opted to remain as close to Low key as possible. LOL Ramsey, thanks for the conversation and summary of this particular location and it's ultimate closeout tomorrow. Best of wishes to you and the rest of your staff!

I walked in out of the rain and the place was clean, bright, and felt welcoming. There were kids there having fun, families shopping, and the overall atmosphere was positive. Everybody I interacted with was friendly. From the moment I walked in it was, "Hey, how can I help you." When I went up to the line, the service was on point and people were moving with a sense of purpose, even with the bad weather outside. I just want to reconfirm my five stars for this location. Clean store, friendly staff, good energy. Amazon Fresh gets 5 stars from me.

In some respects, I wouldn't contest that and for the most part say it's true. After all, most have the majority of the product that you're looking for. With many don't have are the newly infused level of customer service that I'm starting to see here! The CSA (CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL STAR) of this experience was George-pictured. I myself am up for minimally-infused stenosis surgery soon. With any luck I'll get that operation in the next month or two. Till then, I've got a bum back, and can use all the help I can get. Add that to the fact that I came with an elderly member of the family, and that's when we were blessed with the arrival of George. But it wasn't just us, he was helping out multiple elderly & folks in need of a hand. Thanks George, your a credit to the Kroger & Ralph's brand.

I tend to find myself going at the right times, when they're stocking around the store. So they usually have everything I need when I'm shopping. The store is always neat, clean and organized. I never see any expired items on the shelves. Lines can get long tho during certain times of the day. It's normally about 3 registers open with 2 self checkout lanes as well. The fried catfish nuggets are fire. I only go on Fridays to get them. Yesterday, they were on sale for $4.99/lb. The guys back there working are real cool and do their best to fry and get all orders out as soon as possible. The earlier the better. Customer service is usually on point everywhere in store. However, I did have an incident about a month or so ago where I was accused of not paying for my nuggets as I walked thru the self checkout line on my way to walking out the store. I was very displeased and upset especially since I had previously paid for my order at a register prior to going back to pick up my food from the seafood section. Mind you, I was in my security uniform and I know the security officers working the store lol. Furthermore, I was on camera the whole time. The security officers felt embarrassed that they even had to stop me to say anything cuz they awready know how I move. Anyways lol I got a chance to express how I felt about the situation with a manager that was on duty. Never received an apology from my accuser but I'm sure she got my message.
