I just had artificial grass installed on a dog run and after the install there was a reflection from my windows onto the artificial grass which will damage the turf over time. Apparently you aren't supposed to apply tint to the windows as that will magnify the issue. Instead Richard had another sort of window application to address this type of problem. I am giving 1-Star, though I've considered 2-Stars for the benefit of doubt as Richard's Tint came highly referred feom a personal colleague, and from other reviews it appears. Richard just screwed me over too much... read on. Why the low review? Appt #1) I was scheduled and made it to my first appointment. At this point, I was rescheduled due to a misunderstanding of what needed to be done. I thought all was clear, but no worries, I changed my schedule around to accommodate Richard, again, as I heard great things. Also, the price went up as more work was needed. I agreed to pay the increased rate without hesitation as, again, I heard great things. Appt. #2) I made it on time to this appointment. This time I had to schedule another person to follow me so I would have a ride. I am very busy and elect not to sit in a waiting room watching tv for 4+ hours. Excited to see the difference (before/after), I positioned my car in the sunlight and took pics of the windows that were going to be tinted. I planned to take the exact same pics, in the sunlight, after the job was completed. I was ready to pull my vehicle into the shop and Richard stopped me. Richard cancelled my appointment (on the spot) a second time, stating he suddenly had to go to the hospital. Of course I was bummed, but understanding things happen in life, and hoping all would be alright with Richard, I was rescheduled for a third appointment. Appt. #3) I made it on time to this appointment. Once again, I scheduled a ride to follow me for the same purpose. Richard came out and told me, in short, he had to go to the hospital shortly, again on the spot, quite coincidentally/conveniently. Ok, the same reason, exactly just before my appointment? Something felt off. My vehicle is a normal sedan, newer, but nothing overly special or odd/different about it. Why? And, why no phone call or text, to let me know, so I AND my ride would not waste our time/gas driving another 30mi round-trip. My ride (that followed) was frustrated that I drug them all the way out, wasting their time and gas, as well. Now I am looking like a fool to others. Thanks a lot, Richard! Richard tells me he will make things right and let me know, the next morning, when he will be able to take my basic sedan. Interesting #1) I had a personal appointment later, that same day, that passed by the area of Richard's shop. Something told me to simply swing by to see if the shop was indeed closed as he stated he had to take off to the hospital. The garage door was closed, but that doesn't mean much, as work can take place with a vehicle inside and the garage closed. I went around to the front and would have passed by had it not been for several vehicles directly in front of the shop's main entry. I got out of my car, walked up, hoping to pull the main door and it be locked.... it opened, and people were inside. Interesting #2) Devastated, I took off to my appointment I was headed to. No reason to cause a fuss. But, why the games? I claim 'games ' as, I only made it approximately 3-4 blocks away when I received a, rather immediate (considering), text from Richard. It was a paragraph indicating that he would, "Not be able to accommodate your [my] needs." For an auto tinting business to not be able to tint a common/typical vehicle (removing dealership tint + adding new tint), a vehicle with average size windows, is quite bewildering (to say the least). As Richard informed me, due to medical related issues, he would not be able to tint my car (why could any of his other tinting staff not complete the job?), I asked him if this meant he would unfortunately have to close down shop. He quickly replied that he, "Did not want to waste anymore of my time," and referred me to another shop. Suddenly not wanting to, "Waste my time" after having me make 3x 30mi round trips and another person (my expected ride) make a total of 2x 30mi round trips... a grand total of around 150mi driven... is a chuckle. End Result) Each time, a phone call or a quick text would have been GREATLY APPRECIATED! Maybe Richard did not have my number, but this was proven false as he sent the quick text moments after I stopped back at the shop only to find them still open and operating. Perhaps he was not there and it was other people, though... How we he have been so quick to respond? More questions than answers... In hindsight, I feel foolish for not calling to confirm my second, and absolutely my third, appointment. That would have saved MANY miles of travel, saved LOTS of gasoline, saved LOTS of time, and allowed me to take care of other business I had either rescheduled or cancelled, only to make sure my vehicle received an excellent tint job. Richard, I hope all is well and you will be alright (if you were indeed telling me the truth), but anyone can see how I ended up being jerked around (at quite the great expense to me). read more

When I reached out on yelp to shop around, Richard immediately responded with a very fair price along with the services available. He was able to get me scheduled the very next day. When I arrived, he showed me the different shades available and what he recommended for my vehicle. This is an amazing place. Richard was just so informative and guided me in the right direction when it came to window tinting. I am new to Vegas and I wanted to wait to see how the tinting was from winter to spring to summer. I can say it is truly amazing. It is still hot in the car (outside is 115 so hot is hot) I'm not sure if I should've done ceramic but I didn't know about ceramic till after my windows were done. But when I get into other peoples cars that are not tinted I can tell the difference. Just right now at 110 to 115° it is a bit hot so I put a screen across my front dash.
