Unprofessional. We discussed pricing on 8/24, I was busy that week but said I would get back to him when I had more time. I contacted him on 9/2, asked if he had time, I tried calling him, and I tried to find his shop. No response of any kind. I contacted him on 9/4 to ask for an appointment. He replied back later on when I was at work, telling me he could fit me in then. Since I didn't reply back, he sent me a message saying "thanks, but I'm not interested in your business since you won't reply back". Wtf? I asked him for an appointment, and instead he tries to rush me in that day, while I was at work, and then turns around and tells me "thanks but no thanks". Sounds to me like this guy is poor at communicating, got his wires crossed, and got butt-hurt because I didn't drop what I was doing and drive to his office a second time. His ratings may be good, but his communications and professionalism are sub-standard. read more

Great experience! Started with a quote for tinting, went smooth with a quick response! I asked to make an appointment and he was able to fit me in same day. Upon showing up Richard was very friendly and knowledgeable in his craft. After he explained all my options and showed me some samples I made my selections and off to work they went tinting the truck. After about an hour of hanging out in the waiting room that's equipped with a nice flat screen TV and sling box the job was done. A quick walk around and you can tell Richard really know what he's doing. A very clean install! The window film is high quality and made in the good ol US of A! Got my first car and was trying to find the right place to get my car tinted, Richard was very poor at giving me any useful information. Asked if they had different tints, how dark I can go, etc. and all he would give me was a price. Even though I clearly didn't ask for a price and all I was asking for is what they can provide for me. I've contacted about 6 other shops that tint windows and they've all given me price, discounts, how dark I can go with my windows/windshields, and have answered all my questions properly. I don't understand what's so hard about me asking how dark my windshield can go and what type of other tints they offer and his response being $250. read more
