I must say I am quite confused at this business owner and the way he runs his business. He chats with me on Yelp, schedules an appointment to do my vehicle and when I show up they tell me they sent their tint guy home early. The son yelled at me like an animal after I expressed the fact I was unhappy after I set my day up around their appointment. The son is as rude as they come. I made appt to have my teen son's "new" car's windows stripped and re-tinted because I thought they were darker than legal. Richard actually told me that they are legal 35% and the same as mine. This place has really gone down over the past times I have used them.... I'm giving 3 stars because they refunded me right away but I was given a hack job of a "clear bra" I inquired on Yelp about prices locally and told them the price I could afford. Richard said they could do it for the price I could afford but I didn't think it was going to be the hack job I was given.... They cut the clear bra on my hood and it didn't even line up remotely close to the hood and fender line, and after I had it removed there are razor cut marks all over my hood now. I have had them tint my windows on multiple cars and I am still blindsided by this extremely poor workmanship and lack of service.
