We had Richardson Fire Equipment out today to maintain our church's fire extinguishers after our previous vendor was rude and missed a number of our extinguishers. I got a good report from our maintenance staff. The technicians did a thorough job and even found an extinguisher we were not aware had gotten relocated. Our interaction over the phone with their staff was courteous, although we would have appreciated a phone call telling us their technicians would be arriving late. Pricing is fair and our building was left in good condition. We plan to make them our regular vendor. read more

I have fire extinguishers that needed to be checked. I brought them here and the guy at the front desk immediately checked them out. One was out of hydro and would need to be replaced. Instead of selling me a new one, he offered me a used one that was already inspected and ready to go. It was easy peasy. In and out super quick and at a lower cost than having to deal with buying new ones or waiting for my old ones to go through hydro testing. The other great thing, he made sure that he gave me extinguishers that will fit my wall hooks. I asked and he had already thought of it. Perfect. Couldn't really ask for more. read more

I can't say enough about this place! All of my interactions with this company have been delightful. The man that answered the phone was super kind and helpful, and was able to help me with all of my questions about getting our fire extinguisher inspected. When I brought it in for the actual inspection, the front desk was very nice, and the offices themselves are really pretty. The entrance is on the left side of the building, you can park out front and easily access the entrance.
