I've done work with them twice now. Most of my house was upgraded to LVP flooring and they did both. Other than a minor hiccup with the original installers, everything went off smoothly. In November 2022, CC Carpet located in Mesquite TX, installed plank vinyl in our kitchen, breakfast room, and in an adjacent hall. We were told that the plank vinyl flooring would be a good choice for flooring in those areas. In February 2023, we noticed several loosened planks in the breakfast room. We contacted the company regarding the damage, and two different inspectors came to assess the damaged area. We were told that a claim would be filed with the manufacturer which would take 6-8 weeks to receive a response. We did not receive a final response from CC Carpet regarding the claim or damage to our flooring until October 2023, 8 months later. After we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in October 2023, CC Carpet sent us and the BBB a copy of the manufacturer's warranty which stated that floor mats were recommended to use under caster or roller chairs. CC Carpet stated that all customers are given this information prior to purchase. We were never given this information at the time of purchase, or offered the option of a repair even at our expense. We have used CC Carpet for the majority of the flooring in our home over a period of several years. We are very disappointed in how they treat their loyal customers. We will not use this business again or recommend them to anyone. Consumers beware- their company and salesman give false product information and they do not stand behind their work. read more

We had viewed some things online, but were very pleased with the sample options in-store. We walked around looking and feeling various samples, and voicing our thoughts. I wonder if these positive reviews were written by friends/family members of CC Carpet because my family's experience was anything but stellar: We had to cancel our order because the family buying our home wanted to pick out their own carpet--we actually had every intention of leaving CC Carpet's information with the new buyer to steer them in CC's direction. We definitely will not be doing that now: When we called CC Carpet to explain the situation, we were horrified to discover that there is no cancellation window and that we would be charged a 25% "restocking" fee (25% of an order costing several hundred dollars means you will be paying a few hundred bucks and receiving absolutely nothing!). I understand that it is partially our fault for not paying close enough attention to the fine print (even though the sales rep--Otilio--also selectively forgot to mention the lack of a cancellation window during his smooth sales pitch), but this is simply a really bad company policy! A $50.00 cancellation fee maybe, but not a few hundred bucks! This is a great way to deter potential future customers: We will be moving into a new home and may need carpeting for that home; my sister also just purchased a home recently. We definitely will avoid CC Carpet like the plague and encourage our family and friends to do likewise. We appreciate companies that understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to be adjusted. Finally, beware of sales rep Otilio! He was super nice and charismatic giving us the sales pitch, but when we had to cancel, his attitude was cocky, rude, and nonchalant. read more

CC Carpet made our carpet buying experience a breeze. After attempting a carpet purchase at HD, we had run into several frustrations: a separate contractor for measurements -- that took more than a week; added charges for install, furniture moving, carpet disposal, etc. etc. and to top it off, a couple weeks later we are told our carpet was no longer being produced. Would seem to be a simple thing to check much sooner. So we went to CCs at the recommendation of a neighbor. It was a good decision. The carpet price per sq foot included all services, so no surprise add-ons. Additionally we could schedule install quickly. The installers were pleasant and efficient -- did a great job. Over all we were extremely happy with the whole experience and the new bedroom carpet looks and feels very, very good. read more

We had a great experience with CC Carpet. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and also offered interest free financing. The rep that helped us in-store was very knowledgeable with their products which allowed us to make the best decision for our carpet needs. The rep that came to measure was on time and helpful to answer all our questions. The installers were on time and did a great job. We had recently painted the baseboards where the carpet was to be installed and they did a fantastic job to not leave any nicks or scratches. Will go back for any future carpet needs. read more

So,. I contacted this company for a quote on hardwood floors in my home. The gentleman came over and said they couldn't find the brand of flooring I had given them over the phone. ( Which is a hickory SHAW brand very popular). That he would give it to his manager and I should have a quote in a few days. Well after a week passes I still had no qoute. I sent a snap shot of the flooring I found on line that took me 5 minutes to find to them. Terrible customer service. They obviously didn't won't my business. read more

Very unhappy with the way this company is ran. During installation, my existing Italian tile was damaged. Tried to resolve through the call center and it turned into a very stressful process. We went with vinyl wood flooring because it would be in our kitchen and laundry room, we were told the vinyl wouldn't bow or buckle due to water. Vinyl flooring lays directly on the concrete slab, we asked several times if that would be an issue with noise or popping and we were reassured several times that it wouldn't be an issue. The two gentlemen that came out to install were amazing! Very friendly and nice. But after only a few weeks we noticed the floor didn't seem to sit directly on the concrete slab, it would make popping noises. After giving it well over a month for the floor to settle we decided to call CC carpet to see why we were having this issue. Someone from CC carpet came out, someone from the manufacturing company came out, and then a Floor specialist came out. We have yet to hear anything from CC carpet on what the status is of our concerns. We cannot finish our other projects due to this hold up. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for good quality flooring to look elsewhere than CC carpet. I would have not wasted my money had I known this would happen. This is the first flooring we have ever had installed in our home, what a horrible first experience. read more

When purchasing a brand new home I contemplated upgrading my flooring at the builders design center. I decided to shop around to see if the builders price was competitive- it was so much higher in price! I was so impressed by CC Carpet! They took the time to measure my house before I closed on it, show me multiple laminate and wood options, give me multiple prices on just the living, living + dining, etc. so that I could figure out where I wanted to rip out the carpet in the house and have new flooring installed. Once I knew my closing date, CC Carpet scheduled the day after to come remove the carpet and lay the flooring prior to the movers arriving on that Monday. The crew was so nice and professional (I even bought them dinner for working so long and hard)! I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for flooring. They may not be the cheapest option but you get an insured company that backs their products and warranty- worth every extra penny! read more
