We have been on the search for a bed for about six months now, and have not found anything that worked for both of us, but wouldn't break the bank. Prior to this we bought a mattress from Mattress Firm for well over $2k and it sucked. It sunk within 2 months and we had to fight them tooth and nail to replace it, and they finally did - WITH THE SAME BED, which did the same thing. Before buying this bed we hadn't had a decent nights sleep in almost two years... very exhausting and aggravating. Firstly the store is something out of my dreams, it has every piece of furniture your could hope for (classy furniture even), for a super affordable price. I spied about 3 other things I will be back to buy after we move! Two weeks prior to our visit we bought an Italian leather couch from Ashley's and paid almost 2k for it (dual recliner with cup holder/electronic device port) and I wish that we would have found this place first. It had a couch that looked almost the exact same for 1/3 the price! Granted not as many bells and whistles but too good a price to beat for essentially the same product. Anyhow, I digress - back to the bed. Due to our shotty bed my fiance (at time of purchase) had severe back problems from sinking so badly. He went in expecting to be disappointed (he can be hard to please), but the sales men/women were super attentive and accommodating. We tried the same 5 beds probably 50 different times and no one heckled us to make a decision. Finally we decided on a bed and they promptly strapped it onto the roof of my Kia Soul and off we went! The store GM addressed our worries regarding the warranty and assured us that if the bed did start to sink, we may return it for a DIFFERENT bed (our big concern, considering the last place would only replace with the same crappy product). After all was said and done we walked out with a king sized mattress, box spring, and mattress cover for under $700. We have slept like babies every night since we bought it. Five stars for staff helpfulness, product options, product quality, and easiness of purchase. Would definitely recommend to a friend, and we WILL be back!

My only frustration was that they couldn't narrow the appointment window beyond 8 - 12. However, the day of, I was sent a text to let me know the technician was on his way and I could monitor his location! This is a game changer for service calls!!! Imagine not being tied to the house all morning! The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to show me what had happened and explain what needed to happen. The repair itself was simple, but having an experienced technician made a real difference. Cheap? No. But I suspect cheap is what got me here in the first place. Had All American Appliance done the install of the dishwasher in the first place, I don't think I'd be looking at thousands in restoration costs. Go with professionals and know that the work is being done correctly.

In my experience, this company does not adequately stand behind its workmanship despite advertising a "100% guarantee." The original repair work on my ice machine was completed in mid-August at a cost exceeding $550. Within a short period of time, the unit began experiencing additional issues. In October, when the machine stopped working, I contacted the company and scheduled a service appointment. After performing troubleshooting on my own, I was able to temporarily resolve the issue and informed the company so they would not need to make a service call. At that time, I was specifically advised not to hesitate to contact them again if the problem returned. Now, in mid-May, the ice machine has once again begun intermittently malfunctioning. When I contacted the company regarding the recurring issue, I was informed that I would be required to pay an additional $100 service fee simply for them to inspect the appliance. Based on this experience, I do not believe the company's advertised guarantee reflects the level of post-repair support actually provided to customers. I was also disappointed in the manner in which the matter was handled by management.

    I wish I could give ZERO stars. Booked an appoinment online for 6/27. Got a confimation email. The…read moreday before I get an email they have to cancel my appoinment due to a funeral. Totally undetand that. I follow up the following week to see if we can get back on the books and if they had appointments on Friday 7/3. They say yes, what time? I ask for a morning appointment. There was a delay getting back to me. Finally received an email at 10PM the night before saying I was scheduled for 9-11 on 7/3. I respond okay. I get another follow up email that he needs my address and phone # texted to some number. I respond to the email with the information and state that he already has that informaton from when I booked the appointment online. Not sure why I would text it to some random number. 9-11 comes and goes. I emailed him and said to cancel my apointment. He emails me back to say he is finishing up a customer and will be on his way. I say "OK", Five minutes later he emails ad cancels my apointment and said he didn't have any of my information on any of his sites. I responded to hsi email with a snipet of the original email with the booking confirmation # on it. Not sure how this guy gets 5 star reviews. I undertand being a small business, but this was not a good expereince. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
