These people just went above and beyond for me!! I am highly allergic to dust and pollen. I had construction done in my house and the way they did they didn't cover any of my belongings rendering all of them a land mine for me. These wonderful people not only picked up for me but washed with instructions that would kill any allergens. And I didn't give them enough of the bacteria killing detergent so they offered to pick some up on their way back to clean every thing I own. That is impressive! First time ever coming to this laundromat, I get here around 0630. I noticed they opened up at 0700. So I decided to wait on the attendant to show up. The attendant was late, she came with attitude this morning. She didn't even want to help the customers with questions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.. Do not recommend this place for anyone. It's fast, but I've never seen someone fold my laundry the way they did. Every shirt, every tank top, and even the boxers were all folded differently. They also were not placed in the bag in any coherent manner (Shirt, boxer, shirt, shorts, etc all jumbled). So end of the day all I got were clean clothes. Don't particularly care for the smell and they do not feel soft at all. Furthermore... the person with whom I spoke did not speak English and charged me the wrong amount. Very friendly folks. Some of the staff speak English and some do not, but we are usually able to make it work if they only speak Spanish. I usually drop my clothes off here, and they are washed and folded for a good price (99 cents a pound as of now). It's definitely better, for them and you, to drop off during than week than during the weekend. It usually takes 3 hours during the week but more during the weekend. I also had my clothes picked up once. It's a little more per pound but was really helpful when I was sick. read more

The only reason I am giving this laundromat two stars instead of one is because the previous employers were very nice and funny but currently they have these new employer that are very mean and not helpful. One of the new workers doesn't even wear their mask properly even though in the front of the business it says you'll get a $500 fine if you don't have a mask on but the business can't even keep their own workers in check with the CDC guidelines. not only that but most of the dryers that are here don't heat up or it always turns off and you have to ask the workers to turn it on and they seem very annoyed by it. read more

This laundromat should be called my beautiful neighborhood launderette! I have been coming here twice a week for the last three years as i live in an apartment building nearby. They have all the amenities that you need: music, tv, wifi and charging stations, coin exchange and more for your 'waiting pleasure' while your laundry gets done. Worst experience ever. When I called, the man that answered the phone was very nice and said yes they accept drop offs and how they welcome every new customer. I drove over and went inside and said I had called about drop off service. The woman just nodded her head. I asked if I could use a cart to bring my things in. She shrugged. So I got a cart and collected my laundry and soap and hangars. I brought them inside where she weighed the laundry inside the basket. Then quoted me the weight. I asked why she's charging me for the weight for the basket as well. She said yes. I have to pay that. I said no. You're not washing my basket. I'm not paying extra for the basket. So she took 2 lbs off reluctantly. I asked if I could pay with card. She acted like she didn't want me to but said yeah. I guess. Wow. So I go back 4 hours later to get my laundry. She wasn't there. Another woman helped me. She wasn't rude but not overly friendly. I paid and left a generous tip as is customary when someone does a service for you. I get home and the towels are folded haphazardly and about 10 of my hangars are missing. I know because when I take an item off the hangar, I put the used ones in the same spot so I have the exact amount needed without returning to the closet for unnecessary trips. I'm very displeased and will not return nor recommend this place again. read more

After I had loaded a regular sized washer half full and started it, the owner opened my washer, looked in at my laundry, then put a "wet floor" sign on the washer (not the floor because the floor wasn't wet) and walked away. When I discovered the sign and asked about it, the owner started yelling at me about how I didn't know how to read, that no blankets were allowed in the machines (I had 2 throws in there-that's it), that I was trying to break his machines, and that I didn't belong in his laundry because I looked like I was from Harvard (I'm white, he was Indian, and most patrons were Hispanic-not that it should matter). I told him I wasn't interested in a lecture and that if would simply tell me what he wanted I would do it (the blanket thing came later). He said I had an attitude and he was going to have one too. As I tried to close the washer after taking things out of it, he caught me by the shoulders and pushed me backwards. I told him to get his hands off of me and asked if he wanted me to call the police. He said he was calling them. I said fine and started pulling all my laundry out of all the machine (sopping wet from hot water (not that hot, really)) like he had demanded. By the time the police got there I was dragging my basket out because it was WAY too heavy to lift. They said I didn't have to talk to them. Apparently they were trying hard not to roll their eyes in front of the crazy laundry dude. I tried to go to a local store to do my laundry and support small business.....but all I ended up with was soaked, soapy clothes and deep disappointment in humanity. :( read more
