I haven't been this excited to drive to work in at least 3 years. Thanks to Riches Rides I was able to get a deal on a car that was unbelievable and affordable. I stayed within my budget and it was so easy and convenient. My boyfriend was referred to Riches Rides at work from a coworker who had done business with them so we started off by speaking to Joe letting him know what we wanted to pay monthly on a lease and he gave us more than enough options. He was very patient, very informative and always went above and beyond with options, alternatives and specifics. It was a pleasant feeling knowing you had someone playing on your team rather than having your guard up like I usually did at dealerships. In a matter of 3 days I was super informed with numbers, a thorough understanding of how my current leased car would blend into the whole transaction. (I was dreading the whole thing since my lease was ending sooner than expected since I was about to reach my permitted mileage) Being a second time car "leaser" I didn't feel much experienced in negotiating deals. But with Joes help and always responding to text messages within minutes and being available for every phone call I knew this would be a smooth sail. We reached an agreement and discussed what would happen the day of, and we scheduled a delivery for a Saturday evening around 5pm. They were so understanding in knowing it was a weekend and I traditionally visit my parents in the Valley they had no problem doing the delivery there. The day of the delivery I was called by Rich himself. He gave me an update of the time that the car was going to be delivered, ran through a quick checklist making sure I had everything necessary for turning in my current lease (spare keys, mats, etc..) and he kept updating me every hour or so as the time came closer for the arrival. Upon arrival very professional and friendly demeanor. I saw my new car and was love at first sight! Rich is such a humble guy. Which is rare when people have their own businesses, and to be seen in the flesh at that! An employee from Toyota Longo drove my car and was also a very nice man. We went over the contract, no surprises, and very informative and went over any questions I had. Filled out all the paperwork, that took about 15 minute's tops! My brother was present and kept asking questions in regards to "what the catch" was because everything was so convenient and so easy. I know he'll be calling them soon. We then proceeded outside and walked around the vehicle. The gentleman from Longo Toyota showed me the features on my new Camry and was very patient. And what I loved was how genuine he was about everything. He put a feature on the car that when you changed from the parking gear to anything like reverse or drive, the doors would lock automatically. He said he did that with all his female clients and that made the experience that much better and special in a way. My experience with Riches Rides was a total of 30 minutes but I will forever remember them. GUARANTEED I will contact them again when this lease is over because it felt like I got treated like VIP. if you like sitting at the dealers office and playing the usual games with the sales people and the managers, and the loan people and this and that and-and-and....go ahead. But, why would you want to? We wanted a '14 Accord. We test drove one and asked the dealers for their lease terms. Next, I contacted Rich and gave him the same information-cost of the lease from the dealers. He not only beat their price, I got a Brand new car DELIVERED to my address, and all I had to do was sign the bottom of the lease agreement. That was it. So, If you need to buy, sell, lease a car, this is the way to go. We are all too busy to spend even one minute in a dealership to stress ourselves out on all the back and forth, let alone the usual two, three, four or more hours you have to spend to close the deal.
