I returned to the location described the time course context and and feedback from my mechanic. I then requested some type of reconciliation. I was told, there was no avenue for refund, store credit and to "use it for something else". Another associate i overheard stated to "don't bother with him". I have been a patron of of autozone for the good part of 2 decades. It is a shame that they not longer support their customer and hire rude dismissive children as customer support in their stores.

I brought my car to Pep Boys because the coolant level in the reservoir kept dropping after about…read more50 miles of driving. On my first visit, the mechanic could not find a leak and simply flushed and replaced the coolant. The very next day, the coolant level dropped again. I returned, and hoses were ordered. After I picked up the car, coolant leaked onto my driveway, requiring another visit. I was then told both the upper and lower radiator hoses needed to be replaced. After the repairs were completed, I picked up my car again. The very next day, while making an Instacart delivery, the car suddenly began shaking, the check engine light came on, and the temperature gauge went into the HOT zone. I pulled over immediately and found the coolant reservoir completely empty. Pep Boys arranged a tow, but I waited more than three hours because of a scheduling mistake. When my car finally arrived at the shop, I personally discovered that the upper radiator hose had become disconnected. This should have been caught before the vehicle was returned to me. Although the coolant was refilled, I no longer have confidence in the repair and now feel I have to check the coolant level every day. To make matters worse, about 2,000 miles later, I was told the radiator had cracked and needed replacement. After comparing prices, I found the same repair could have been done elsewhere for about half the cost, so I chose not to proceed with Pep Boys and had the work done at another shop instead. Overall, this experience involved multiple return visits, wasted time, towing delays, inconvenience, lost work, and unnecessary stress. I expected professional repairs and quality control but did not receive either. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Pep Boys for coolant system repairs. I suggest finding an experienced independent repair shop instead.

Unfortunately, like many other locations, they told me it was out of stock. Store was well organized and they had most of the items in stock. The young gentleman who helped me was nice and friendly. My only complaint is that AutoZone should do a better job with their stocking. Most of the items are shown sold in stores online and show inventory, but when going to store they are out. Parking was easy and I was able to find a parking spot with no issues.

Ever since installing a lift/suspension system on my 4Runner, they've come to the rescue on multiple occasions. I had a warranty issue come up on a recently replaced shock, and tried going through the company, which was nothing short of a nightmare. Finally, gave ORU a call, and within a few days, they replaced it with a new one, free of charge. In the past, I had a punctured tire the day we were leaving for a camping trip between Xmas/New Years and couldn't find my tire size anywhere due to the holidays. Called ORU, and Maurice recommended a place that had us on our way that same afternoon. Finally, had an annoying squeak post-overlanding trip and brought it in to ORU. They were able to quickly diagnose it as a loose bolt on my skid plate and didn't charge me for the inspection. It's rare to feel impressed by customer service nowadays, and ORU continues to impress me with their quality of work and service. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any upgrades to your truck/off-road vehicle!

Worst customer service I may have ever encountered from an online purchase. I simply ordered a…read moreproduct for my vehicle and did not notice a disclaimer on the site saying that "all colored options are out of stock" and that they need to wait for the supplier to be back in stock for them to ship them. That is completely fine. I messaged them to ask if they could send a non colored version of what I purchased and got no reply. I did message on a Sunday and the next day was a holiday so I waited till the day after. No response still. I was told that "all options are colored" so all are out of stock (so why put "colored options out of stock" and not just "out of stock"?). Anyway, I requested a refund because when I asked about how long it would take to restock I got "oh just a few days" to "every other week they restock" to "it could be a month" I simply don't want to wait FOREVER to get the product I purchased. When I asked for the refund they then continuously called me impatient then tried to use the fact that I purchased it with a monthly payment program and I would lose 8% of my money to slyly imply that I should just suck it up and wait after they just disrespected me. If you want professionalism in people handling parts for your Stinger I assure you, you can find a better website Edit: The reply the owner put on this is taking everything out of context, which is funny. Above I did not ask anyone to pay for the transaction fee I was stating that they were trying to use that against me to not get a refund that's it lol. "You can't make everyone happy" is something I agree with but a place to start would be not being disrespectful to your customers. Once again I already have said I didn't see the disclaimer that's my fault but as of what it says made me think that the red was the only one out of stock as the website indicates that the "colored" ones were so I simply asked to get the non colored one which in anyone's mind black or brushed aluminum (one or the other) are not a "colored" option. If all are out of stock then just say that, it's easy. No one is upset about having to pay a fee I couldn't care less, it was my decision to cancel so why would I be upset. The owner doesn't want to take blame for losing a customer based on not having any customer service skills. One sign of adversity and starts throwing out insults. I bought a product and I want that product, if I can get it faster than this company can provide I will go with someone else and his fragility can't handle it.
