Hey guys glass bottles in a crappy paper bag- and what do you get? socks full of booze glass in the driveway, and fear or flat tires because there is now glass in my driveway... Tell new employees that two heavy glass bottle means disaster and a pissed off customer. Didn't help that she said "Sorry nothing I can do... " with a genuine lack of empathy. I have heard some guy who moved away from our Great State of Florida complaining about rude store cashiers my experience has been the opposite very polite the prices and selections are great! You couldn't find half of the selection's at Publix's and you would pay more as well. Their was 1 guy drinking outside and a few small bottles but other than that the surrounding Malls including Ashley's Furniture is a nice area! read more

As far as I know, this Richey's is the largest liquor/beer store in the Pcola area. Prices, in general, seem to be the same everywhere, unless there's a sale on. Probably a result of the damnable tax policies that increase the cost of getting hammered. Lots of wine, lots of every booze (good selection of single malts), and if they don't have the beer that you are looking for, they'll get it for you. I've gotten kegs from this store and the process was painless (other than the price...have you seen the prices for kegs these days?!) and the return was easy. The staff is helpful and the location is easy to get into and out of, and there are lots of other stores nearby to get your munchies or real food. A winner! read more

After being away from Pensacola for about fifteen years, I've been back recently to take care of a family member. Part of my after-hours therapy has been having a few drinks in the evenings, so I've gone to this Richey's location half a dozen times in the past month. The prices are OK, but the staff absolutely sucks and blows. Rude, curt, not even a hello or thank you upon checking out. The women and the guy who wears his smartphone on his belt are the worst of the lot. If you live near north Ninth Avenue and don't feel like driving down to the Publix liquor store, this is an OK spot. But after numerous abysmal experiences with the ill-tempered staff, I won't be giving them any more of my money. Suck it, Richey's! read more

This place is sort of a mess and gives me a bit of anxiety given how clustereff it feels but maybe that's intentional so I will want to buy more to drink! :-) I was told this was the best liquor store in town. If that's the case, I guess you have to go to a bar to have a decent selection of spirits and beer. No craft beer here. Weak spirit selection and NO local spirits carried even though the area has a distillery. Lame guys. And don't even think about getting wine here unless you are looking for some Yellow Tail or rot gut 2 Buck Chuck. Hit Wine World literally almost across the street. Better selection and people. read more

Pretty nice liquor store. I needed to run in and grab a few items on the way to a family gathering. I noticed first off that the place wasn't located in some dirty strip mall, but a rather nice shopping center with plenty of parking. The store was clean, well stocked, and had a nice variety- one of the larger liquor stores I've ever shopped at. I was really impressed at the beer selection, particularly the craft beers. They also had a nice selection of wines available. The liquor selection was impressive, as well. All the standards, plus a ton of the new flavored vodkas and rums. Had a couple of really good bargains, but the pricing is about what you'd expect at any liquor store. Check out was interesting, as the gentlemen were way more preoccupied with the college football game than running the business- but that's life in the South. They were friendly, and I left satisfied. Great liquor store- clean, well stocked, great selection, and friendly employees. Recommended for those in the area. Be sure to stop in and try some craft beers- especially the Sam Adams! read more

Pretty large, a little outdated, seriously could use a new floor and a fresh coat of paint. Good selection of your normal stuff, but I don't see any of the rarer items I've looked for (was looking for Patron Cafe and pumpkin pie vodka, it's the holidays- don't judge). Great beer selection, lots of ciders and a pretty decent vodka selection. Prices are good, customer service is good too! read more

Cheapest place in the area to buy spirits, decent selection at low prices. I buy the goods here whenever I'm in town, $19.99 before tax for a 1.75 Bacardi, can't beat it. read more

Huge store that sells liquor, beer, and wine. There are several Richey's in Pensacola but this one has the biggest selection. The beer selection is huge, lots of large craft brewers like NB, Stone, DFH, Rogue, etc. also several brands from small FL brewers as well. Prices are way cheaper than AL, so we made the drive over. On Friday, December 9, 2016, I bought 3 bottles of vodka (not top shelf) and one $3 mixer totaling $70+. The cashier was talking to me so I didn't even realize what she charged me...she also failed to give me a receipt. I used my debit card and the next day I realized she charged me about $20 over the amount due! I went in early the next day when I knew it would be dead & explained to the guy what happened, I even brought all the unopened bottles back with the prices on and he rudely dismissed me, he wouldn't go through the register tape from the night before, and I even told him he could pull it up on camera since I knew it happened between 5:30 - 6:00 pm. As a former retail manager, I never would have handled it that way. He told me to call the manager on Monday. I will never go back here again, which is a shame because their selection is good and I had never had a problem in the past. Thankfully, I did file a claim with my bank and they did refund me the difference. I just can't stand when companies can get away with ripping people off! read more
