When paying with credit card, the total pops up on the CC machine. Then three buttons popup--Tip 18% 20% 30%. Hey wait. I'm doing all the work. No one is waiting on me. I would rather drop a couple of bucks in a jar. The hamburger looked like two Brillo Pads in a foot roll. And they tasted like Brillo to boot. They were so over-cooked it was pathetic. And the venue is extremely depressing. Who likes black and orange paint? It's fine on Halloween but not for a place to eat. Luckily I was taking out. Since this virus began, I have tried to frequent local places. Being a pool service tech. I eat out everyday. I had come here every Monday because it is within my route. The past few weeks I had gotten their cheesesteak, but today decided on burger and fries. I waited an hour for my food!! I watched people pull in, get their food, and leave. I had to remind them 3 times that I was still waiting for mine. When it finally arrived, the guy said sorry but their computer and phones were down, the owner was yelling at them, and they reheated my food. Who wants reheated fries?? YUK!! the last two times I have placed an order here, I have had an horrible experience especially tonight, my order is simple it is just one sandwich and tonight I showed up to pick up my order and the doors were locked, and no one acknowledged me, so I left, fifteen minutes later they decided to call me and tell me about my order, I don't know whats going on but to me it seems like who ever is up front and answering the phone, they need to be re trained again because this is ridiculous, for such a simple order and they can't get it right, I have ordered here plenty of times before in the past and iv had no problems! its not going to hurt them but I will be taking my business somewhere else. read more

I have worked in the food industry for over 18 years and I have never had such a bad experience with customer service. Forget the fact that there were things wrong with my order. The manner is which it was handled was appalling. My quote for a delivery was 45 minutes, it arrived 25 minutes late but that's life it happens. Next comes the food. there was so much mayo on this sandwich that the bread and the contents were literal mush by the time it arrived. completely inedible and was thrown away. next is the gyro and this is more of a disappointment than anything but tzatziki sauce is made with Greek yogurt not sour cream. the tomatoes on this sandwich were slime. the shake I had ordered came in cup inside a paper bag with no lid which left a grand old mess everywhere. For the finale I called to inform the owner, manager or whoever was on staff about these issues. Not to berate or belittle but merely to inform them of what happened and that I was slightly unsatisfied. I got cut off mid explanation to be told that I was wrong and they never quoted me 45 minutes and that my food was on time. That they always put lids on their shakes and at this point I had to raise my voice just to tell the man that it did in fact happen whether he wanted to believe it or not. After that I was abruptly hung up on with no mention or words spoke about the poor quality of my food. In a word about their customer service. disaster. read more
