Your choice really is to either pay for the diagnostic or pay them for the parts and labor. You don't know what the parts and labor are going to cost and even if you can't afford it, they will still charge you for the diagnostic. I don't think I will ever use them again and don't recommend them.

They could take me immediately, so I went right over. There was a nice gentleman at STS named Leon and he helped me. I waited a total of 45 minutes.They were very pleasant to deal with and very efficient. I also got replacement windshield wipers on my car. It was a very easy process to deal with this company STS. I finally found Steves Tire Service thru Yelp and decided to call them. The rep told me to come back at 4pm which i did (3 hrs later) . They took my car in exactly as they promised and the worker checked my tire thoroughly , fixed my leak (from an older plug), check the pressure in my other tires (without asking) and put air in as needed.
