I scheduled a tinted window removal for my Nissan Versa S Hatchback... the front passenger window had old tint that was preventing me from rolling that window down... seriously it was ugly and flapping in places. They did a good job and it only took a half hour. I checked out the waiting room... nice and spacious with a Keurig machine and vending machine. However I have a sensitive nose and the new tire smell or whatever it was caused me to hang out at the Sonic next door instead. The staff were ok. Don't let their appearance fool you. They do good work. Cost me $42.80 and I am very relieved to be able to use the window! read more

So I took my Ram 1500 to get a leveling kit installed the suggested to do a strut because it was better than spacer blocks the second day I got my truck back it was making a popping noise and squeeking noise so I took it back and they said it was the the lower ball joint and would be around 400.00 Dollars to fix so went to the dealer ship where I purchased it and and told them what they said and told me there was not wrong with the lower ball joint but it they replaced it it would be 200.00 so they replaced it and made the same noise and popping sound so took it back to Richline they look at it again now the said it was my lower control arm and would be around 400.00 to fix and said that was definitely the problem so I didn't buy that story so took it back to the dealer I purchased it from and told the to check it out again because I think that Richline was doing some shady shit come to find out when the installed the leveling strut the didn't tighten most of the mounting bolts and that's all it was the dealer went and checked all the bolts and tightened them and was fine twice I took it there and they didn't check them and tried to get me for 800.00 dollars I pretty sure they have done this to other customers I wouldn't take my lawn mower to Richline. DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT TO RICHLINE! 10/5/2021 This shop is more concerned about looking COOL and working on the Owner JD's custom cars than their PAYING customers. Horrible customer service and installation. 2020 Ford with 12,000 miles, truck taken in to have a 7" ReadyLift installed along with 37" Toyo ATIII's with Alignment. Custom wheels already on vehicle. Frank was great to deal with and said no issues what so ever with the parts chosen by me. They came with Great recommendations from fellow car guys and shops. 2 day job, was 3 days. Called said it was ready, PAID the balance due $,$$$.00 and left Excited to have the work done and it looked great! Drove home 45 mins away and when I arrived noticed black rubber all over the passenger side of my truck. They had installed my front tires and done an alignment with both front tires touching the drop spindles from the new lift....*pictures attached* The passenger side tire was scraped smooth of the sidewall lugs! The front tires Toed in so much it was riding on the outer edge of tire. Both are major safety issues when driving at Highway speeds. Called immediately and informed the shop with pictures. Frank said they would pick it up the next day and fix. Long story short. Did not pick it up, I had to PAY to have it towed to Independence. Said it was an issue with alignment. Took it back in and they put wheel spacers on to fix rub and ordered a new Toyo tire. 3rd time to take it back for the new tire. I was blamed for the wheel and tire not fitting correctly. Remember, they took it all apart and put it back together, NOT me. No apology, no accountability, no customer service. They hold themselves up as a custom car shop, but do not have the employees or knowledge of cars / equipment they use to get the job done correctly. Truck is still not aligned correctly and they broke a Vacuum line in the engine compartment, due to not providing their employees proper areas to work in. So I need a new air intake, now! Saying bring it back, AGAIN! One of the WORST experiences I have had at a shop that I have taken any of my custom vehicles to. Asked for the owner to call me...NOTHING Don't waste your TIME or MONEY with RICHLINE! Not worth the headache or safety issues. read more

Sounds like the NEGATIVE reviews come from competition's emoloyess.. Thats a common thing. Ive had NOTHING but 100% POSITIVE from Richline. Needed a 12 Spline socket to be able to change the FUEL wheels that came with a RAM 1500 I bought used. The TECH actually just GAVE me a socket! Saved my A$$!! Don't trust your Pickup to anyone else. It took them 4 hours to mount and balance 4 tires. While sitting there for those four hours, with 3 other people in the waiting room, I watched at least 12 workers go from the shop to the front and hangout for a while and then return to the back. They finally pulled my truck around front and was then told that they forgot to do the alignment. They pulled it back around, put it on the rack and then charged me $30 for an "alignment check". The quote included a free alignment. When asked about the charge and no alignment, I was told, "the website is screwed up and we won't do an alignment if you have anything wrong with the front end." I was then provided with a quote of $930 worth of parts and $1430 with labor to fix the front end. The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't post this if I didn't. read more

If I could I would give negative stars. Went to get airbags put on my truck and it was the worst experience. I would never recommend them to anyone. I was told it would only take couple days to install the airbags. Two weeks later I had to call them to find out what was going on. There is no communication. When I got my truck back they sent me home with no shocks on it, my lights where all screwed up. Not working flickering or not at all. Took it back to get that done found that one of their welds had broke. All in all I was in and out of there for 2 months. There is a list of things I could put on here that they did wrong or didn't do. My front airbag still leaks and they was supposed to fixed it.I have found more of their welds that have broke they didn't weld any plates where they did welds. And can't get ahold of the owner to explain my problems or concerns. Still spending money to fix what they didn't do or did wrong. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY WORK SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND HEADACHE. read more

Rated 1 star bc I had no option for 0. Take your business else where. About a year ago, I had all 6 tires on my dually changed and also asked for an alignment. Paid for the alignment but it was never actually done. Even though they claim they did. This month I scheduled an appt to have two front tires changed and an air horn installed. Was there for about 4 hours. It was too late to have the horn installed so I took the truck back on a different date. During the first visit in those 4 hours no one took the time to revise the air horn kit I had to see if they were even able to install. Once I dropped off the truck at a later date, I was told they could not install it and they never even called to let me know. I had to call them at around 5:30pm when I realized they were about to close and I still had not received an update. Initially I thought they were not done and had to keep it another day. Turns out the truck was "all done" and no one bothered to give me a call or text. Since it was close to their closing time I was forced to waste another day to pick up the truck in the morning. They also have no sort of schedule, the handful times I have gone I have always waited 3+ hours with or w/o an appt. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! I have given them multiple chances bc I really wanted to like this place but their service just sucks ! read more
